JD organic landscaping did a wonderful job with our yard! I would highly recommend them! Great communication and went above and beyond to make the costumer happy!

We have been using JD Organic Landscaping for years now. They do a wonderful job. If you ever need to get in touch with them, they respond right away. I would recommend them to anyone.

They don't always show up as other reviewers have said with snow, etc. terrible level of service. John and crew very confused and have the worst person that answers the phone as they always send me wrong invoices even though I'm always paid off. They can't get it straight.

JD Organic is bringing our lawn back to life. We recently moved into a new construction home and the lawn was horrid. Patchy with weeds throughout the front, back and side yards. JD Organic is helping remove the weeds and bring life to the patchy areas of our lawn. Their grass cutting and leaf services are great and any additional services requested are performed in a timely fashion (ie new mulch).

JD Organic dethatched, aerated, topdressed and overseeded my lawn last fall. The work was thorough and professionally done and the results were beyond my hope and expectation. Areas of my lawn that have always been sparse at best are now lush and green. I am currently working with JD to follow-up with more work of a similar nature this coming fall. If you enjoy looking at a green, healthy lawn as much as I do, talk with John.

JD Organic reseeded my lawn in the spring. They also replaced my foundation plantings this year and mulched the gardens. They have been mowing my lawn weekly since April. They followed up rapidly and replaced plants when deer decided to munch on some of my bushes. I have been very pleased with their service.

John and his team will always work with you to make your lawn and other landscaping the best on the block. They are responsive, neat and take great care in servicing my property. They can do lawn maintenance and so much more! Give them a call

JD organic took over my account from a landscaper I was already happy with so I already had a high bar. I could not be happier with JD Organic. Excellent customer service - always responds quickly! The service is great, the prices are fair and property looks amazing. I def recommend them.

*May 2023 Update* - I have increased my review from 1 star to 4 stars based on my interactions with John to resolve the issues I mentioned in the prior review below. John wasn't at all defensive and worked to remove my account from the collections agency. His crew also recently seeded areas of lawn damage.

I became a client of JDO because my original landscaping company was acquired by them. Towards fall of last year, after JDO reseeded my lawn, I was happy to see grass growing nicely, until JDO's own mowing equipment tore the lawn up again. After several messages to John went ignored, he finally replied and acknowledged he would "look into it". He also agreed to defer payments on two invoices until the lawn is repaired in the spring, and his assistant also made a note of this on my account. I am otherwise current on all my other invoice obligations. Today, I received a notice from a collections agency for my unpaid amounts, which is extremely disappointing.

My advice to those considering JDO: They are fine, until something goes wrong.

We had a great experience with JD Organic, would recommend working with them.

I signed up for snow removal. Each time they have forgot about my house. I am currently awaiting them to show, I have called 5 times today. No response. Terrible. I will be headed out to shovel now. I would not use them.

These guys delivered! nice clean work. Very efficient and guided us with our best options to create exactly the look we were going for. Very far pricing, I'd recommend to friends and family and looking forward for future work. Thank you john joey and crew!

JD and his crew just completed a front and back yard landscaping job. From the initial walkthrough and reasonable quote to the last piece of mulch, he and his team were professional and great to work with. They redid our landscaping, providing us an initial design and made changes as they went along to ensure we were happy with the finished product. Would strongly recommend JD Organics for your next landscaping project.

JD Organic is the best lawn care service that we have used. They do a wonderful job with lawn maintenance and snow removal. Also, John responds very quickly if you have a question or concern. Highly recommend!

I have been using JD Organics since last year and found them very professional and organized. They managed my lawn and did a fantastic job everytime. The owner John is a young and energetic boy and works very hard to satisfy his customers. I highly recommend JD Organics for all your landscape needs!!

John and his crew are AWESOME. At our old home we had nothing but problems with Landscapers and ultimately ended up doing all the work ourselves. So happy we found JD Organic at our new home. These guys are prompt. They are very careful with our property. John is insanely responsive when you email him. And they do really nice work. It's also very nice to know they use Organic NonToxic materials as we are a very earth and health conscious family. Highly recommended.

UPDATE 5/28/23: John reached out to me shortly after I posted my original review a month ago. And ever since, I’ve been playing this cat and mouse game where he scheduled to plant the vines, only to reschedule three time, first blaming it on “delays in one of his jobs”, followed by blaming it on the nursery supply delays twice. Once again, he’s failed to meet the expectations he set for me and not taking any accountability by placing blame on others. We’ve once again rescheduled for a future date TBD. This is his last chance. It’s pathetic that I have to keep him accountable by maintaining my critical review on Google, as it’s the only way he’ll pay any attention. I’ll update my review should anything new come up…

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I used JD in 2023 for lawn maintenance and spring/fall clean-up and was very disappointed in not just their quality of service but also customer service. Things to note:

1. The landscaping crew destroyed the decorative vines in the front of my lawn to the point where 80% of the area that the vines used to occupy is bare. I brought this issue to John’s attention. He sent his colleague Joseph to assess the damages to which he acknowledged and said they’d circle back with a resolution. After weeks of following up, no resolution came to light.

2. The landscaping crew damaged one of the light fixtures in my backyard. This was also brought to John’s attention. No resolution.

3. The landscaping crew destroyed my Japanese maple tree saplings. And just like the above mentioned issue, John was made aware and no resolution came to light.

Fast forward to winter 2024. I sent a notice to John & JD ceasing services and again noting my displeasure in their customer service because of the issues above. And once again he offered to rectify the situation. Again, nothing came of it. Then in March he sends his crew to perform spring clean up and lawn maintenance, followed by sending me an invoice. I promptly followed up noting my notice to terminate his services and said I wouldn’t be paying the invoice.

YMMV, but he and the way his business is run is, among other things, very disorganized and not customer service friendly.

If he/JD decide to reach out to me offline, please note - they had better offer a tangible offer to resolve this issue. I’ll update my review if/when I hear back from JD. Cheers.

We hired their services for a tree and did not have a good experience. On the delivery itself we told them that tree doesn’t look healthy but they insisted it would flourish. That tree was dead to begin to with and did not blossom, even three years later, bad experience.

We use JD Landscape for our weekly lawn maintenance and seasonal landscaping needs. The company owner is great and seems to truly care about his customers, which is greatly appreciated. They have a payment portal that is easy to use and transparent about services and dates. Their level of customer service is five stars and so is their landscaping.

John did a nice job figuring out the right plants with us based on the look we wanted, made great recommendations. They came in to edge and clean up a few hundred feet of mulch beds and put in new plants and mulch for us. Came out even nicer than I expected.

I've been getting Firewood delivered to Bridgewater for years from this company. The quality of the firewood is excellent and the price quite reasonable.
