Good place to buy but really bad place to work the bosses of that 4 shift treat their workers as slaves

Very big and beautiful Warehouse

By appointment but very great bunch of guys to deal with. Parking was not an issue at this warehouse. For delivery drivers, entrance is off of hartz way.

Long time for delivery

Had a very bad experience over this summer time my compressor on my Central air conditioner went bad so I had ordered a new one through This company then changed my mind and decided to replace the whole entire unit But when I tried to get in touch with the person who sold me the compressor was unable to reach him every time I called to talk to him my either was transferred or hung up on or left on hold Their customer service is the worst Took about 2 months or more to get in touch with then and get a refund on the compressor and since it was such a bad experience I decided to go elsewhere for the whole entire upgrade of my Central air condition good luck to all of you out there who deal with this company

No complaints. Traffic was terrible in the morning. Give yourself some extra time b/c 280E entry way is no joke.

Worst Supply and the worst service ever you see in in your life it took them half hour between I placed the order till the item came out. Unbelievable

These guys are at the top of their game!
You would expect that a big box hardware store (who shall remain nameless) to have a basic plumbing part that every bathroom needs from the most popular manufacturer in the world. A manufacturer whose products they carry!
I was disappointed to learn that not one of their stores within a 50 mile radius had a Moen posi-temp valve. Mind you, they had 7 different valve trims from Moen on their site.
I was lucky that I knew about Ferguson with a warehouse less than 5 miles down the road. I got there, walked in and was greeted by no less than 6 employees, all in high spirits and actively engaged with customers. My representative (I feel terrible that I forgot his name) took a look at the picture I showed him and immediately said, "we have 11 of these in stock."
While I was standing there, engaged in a pleasant conversation, the part materialized on his countertop. No, the store doesn't have a transporter. A member of the team brought it from the warehouse. And in just 10 enjoyable minutes I was able to leave with my valve and complete my bathroom remodel.
