Nef listened to my ideas, interpreted my vision and then executed flawlessly (better than I ever could have expected). What once looked run-down and neglected now looks like a resort. I look out my window and cannot believe this is now my view!
Customer service was outstanding too! Bridgette always got back to me with answers to my questions and she was a true pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Latino's highly enough. You will not be disappointed!

I live in a wonderful area. I am first time home owner owning a single family home. Initially the owner which i didnt know he was during the time of the inperson estimate kept asking did i live alone which I thought was weird but paid no attention to it . I ended up paying this company approximately $4,000.00 dollars to remove ivy from roots,redefine my edging on the side of my drive way, so that mulch could be installed there and also around one of my other trees in my yard on may 26th of 2020. I asked if he could put the plastic down to help smother weeds at least for a yr or so before i had to bother with it he told me i didnt need it. From previous owners the plastic to smother the weeds was ripped up and showing this company never took up that plastic to install properly. My drive way lights they dug up the spikes during mulch installation and only gave me the actual light part back but they are useless now because they need the pointed bottom to stay in the ground.Now it being July 22nd 2020 ALL the ivy has grown back. The owner was very confrontational with me when I called about the weeds growing back soon after work was completed that he guaranteed me i wouldn't have an issue with. I had to plead with him after many unanswered voicemails and calls. He came an sprayed weed spray which took all of 10secs and he was very rude with me and left. ALSO while during the ivy removal he told me another $150 to remove tree stumps so the machine used would be able to remove all the roots to stop the growth of the ivy and he didnt even take them all out. Im considering taking further action with this company because that's too much money to let go to waste. I would never recommend this company! The absolute worst service was given. I wish I could post pictures because it's absolutely dreadful.

Had sprinkler work done and was really satisfied with the work that was done. They made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

The company scheduled an appointment for June 2 between 8am and 10am. At 10:30 when no one appeared, I called the office & was told to expect a staff member in 25 mins. No one arrived and they did call to cancel or answer the phone for my 2nd call.

Beyond what I imagined!!! I reached out to Latino’s Landscaping in February to provide an estimate for the design and build of an outdoor kitchen to compliment my pool. My original idea was to locate it closer to the home, replacing an area where previous homeowners had an old hot tub. The rest is history.

Latino’s Landscaping arrived within a few days to discuss the project. Neff immediately began measuring the space and advised me on things I had not considered, including the size and location. After a week or so, Latino’s Landscaping scheduled an appointment to review the design. During that meeting, Neff provided a virtual design that blew my mind. The design was an animation that included a replica of my covered patio, home, pool, and trees, as well as avatars walking around the newly designed kitchen.

After viewing the incredible new animated space, we discussed relocating it to the other side of the pool, which I had considered previously, but that meant relocating trees. Neff arrived in less than a few days with an updated version, which now included a sizeable paver-stoned firepit area next to the patio. I was now even more motivated to have this space updated. Once the work started full-time, it took approximately seven weeks to complete so that I could enjoy it on day one of my pool opening for the season. By the way, the kitchen is 20’ x 20’ with a slanted modern roof of at least 15’ at its highest point.

Finally, I have to give a perfect 10 for customer service throughout the entire process, including following discussions after completing the project. The Latino Landscaping Team are absolute professionals with the expertise to provide even a better project than imagined. If you want the best, this company is it!

We needed a new landscape design and install for our backyard. We hired Latinos landscaping and they did an OUTSTANDING JOB!! They are very professional and know what they are doing. Nef and his crew are AWESOME. If you want a beautiful job and want it done the correct way give them a call.

I have used Latinos for several years now and they never disappoint. Always professional work consistently on time and very customer focused, love them and highly recommend💯

We DON'T recommend this company!

Both my neighbor and I had issues with the "woman" who handles the accounts. We both moved into our homes within a year and intended to stay with the previous owners existing company (Latinos Landscaping) but experienced billing concerns and overall rude treatment by the company representative, the woman who I guess shall remain nameless by intent. My neighbor had complaints she shared with me about the woman's very rude treatment and how she implied that she felt my neighbor could not the afford the service she was requesting and didn't want to provide them (allegedly due to her skin color). My neighbor is a doctor and can afford the services but the "woman" rushed to judgment and ostracized a potentially good customer. We decided to give them a chance and were promptly disappointed with them.

In our case, we were billed for two weeks when we did not even own the home upon move in. Trying to get a revised bill was a nightmare and the "woman" who works the office is very unprofessional and really only cares about her own needs, not the customers' needs or wants.

Once we got a revised bill and promptly paid it she started to complain that we were not paying her like she wanted to be paid even though we followed the contract terms of paying after each service as was written in the contract and not giving any monies to the people servicing the lawn.

apparently, this "woman" only wanted a monthly payment, not how the contract terms stipulated so how would we know this was the case? Guess she didn't realize we were paying them way in advance of a monthly invoicing process by paying directly after each service was rendered. She even lost one of our checks after we did as she requested and put the checks in one envelop to support what she wanted, a monthly payment. I guess she also didn't like that we were tracking the service provided to the payments. Easier for her to slip in billing for a service that never happened with her way but not with our method of tracking service date to payment. She actually complained about our tracking our payments to a service-unbelievable!!!!

As it happens, once we thought things were finally settled one week a few weeks back no one showed up to service the lawn. There was absolutely no notification, no phone call, no email, no any form of any communication to inform us what the issue was! When we called to inquire why no service was provided, a supervisor came out to meet with us and said he would send someone to mow the lawn. Guess what, he never did send anyone and at this point two weeks went by with no service. His explanation for no service, she, the "woman", took you off the service list. He said he didn't want to listen to her complain, the infamous "woman" (god forbid she provide her name when speaking with a customer) handling the billing, so that was it and we never heard from then again, other than a curt email reply to our sending a copy back of their contract highlighting that we followed their contract terms as stated, and they failed to show up or provide us with the 30 day written notification as stated in their contract if they wanted to terminate the agreement. They apparently have a contract that is meaningless in what it states and in deed as Latinos Landscaping in no ways follows their own contract.

Fortunately for us we found a reputable, more customer focused service, very pleasant company & company owner who actually state their terms upfront and adhere to their contract terms-how novel! Anyone looking be sure to check out Klean Kut! I am referring them to everyone on my street, in my development and all my friends!
Klean Kut also cuts the lawn and a nice, visually pleasing level, not leaving it 6 inches high after it's been cut to necessitate the lawn company needing to come back each week in a self serving effort to secure business otherwise you end up living in a jungle with your grass 10 inches high if you go beyond one week of servicing the lawn!!!

I am now a pleased customer of a different, very professional company!

Latinos weeded and mulched all my flowers beds... which were very weedy. Their work was exceptional and were very careful around all my perennials. I am very please with their work. It exceeded my expectations. Plus they are very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

We had two jobs completed at our property with the second being stone installation around 14 young arborvitae trees. Prior to the installation of the stones our trees were healthy, after the installation, our trees are dying. When we noticed this we contacted the company by phone and email. Instead of the company (after being paid thousands of dollars in exchange for this service) being sympathetic to the issue, we were told there would be an additional $65 for someone to come out and look at the problem, our emails are unanswered, and I was told over the phone, they look as if they were dying before the service and it's my watering practices (after the stone installation) that's the cause (just by looking at the pictures). And, I was asked to email/put in writing how I water the trees. Really? To repeat, our trees were healthy prior to, we have pictures and videos to prove this. Why pay thousands of dollars to cover dying trees--what company would even think this was sound. We've had many services at our property (decks, fence, etc.), where if there was any problem the communication was engaging and the desire to resolve an issue was the goal. This company, they're too busy to have someone visit and/or want to charge us for the visit to evaluate this issue in person--offer solutions to the problem. We're not asking for Latinos Landscaping Design LLC to take the stones back, just to help resolve an issue created by the installation of a project under their charge. As so-called professionals.

Latinos Landscaping Design is an outstanding company. I am always very pleased, and yet amazed, at the beautiful, careful, and most efficient work they do. They go above and beyond to make my property look wonderful. Their work ethics, dedication, and determination are always most evident. I highly recommend them!!!

Hello, I keep on calling to try to speak with the owner but the operator keeps contacting me to the manager Bridget. She is extremely rude. Not understanding at all. I had damage done to my property due to one of your drivers today on Grant Ave in Franklinville. Trying to work this out. She refuses to cooperate with me. Please have someone to help me. I have to go to the police station in Franklin Township today around 5pm. Due to no cop being called when the accident happened. I didn't give anyone permission to work on my property.

Our family has been with Latinos since the early years. Neftali and his wife, Bridget were the primary contacts at that time. Neftali has always done fantastic work. His staff is great. Latinos has done seasonal work for us including Spring/Fall work, and has kept our irrigation system is good working order. They have also done pavers, river rocks, and border work. We would recommend them to everyone.

I had a new porch and portico done. It took a little longer than I expected and we had some miscommunications but in the long run I am very pleased with the final project. The craftsmanship is meticulous.

I needed a new Landscaper after my last company let me down. These guys are completely professional. The crew with Josh and Alex that took care of my wife’s property are extremely polite and 100% professionals. I would recommend anyone in the area needing a landscaper to hire Wakeman Landscaping
