Paul was verry fair on his prices,was knowlegeble and had all equipiment to do job.His crew did it in a reasonable time, and yard looked better than started. Cant thank apex eststes enough. I would recomend to anyone looking to have tree work done.I already have more work for them to do, looking forward to our next project

Worst contractor I have ever worked with.

Apex failed to complete all the work promised in the quote. Contacted them multiple times over the span of many months about finishing it.

Since Apex had already gotten their money, I assume, I got no response each time. The one time we did manage to get a hold of them, they asked for even more money to finish what they had already agreed to!

Additionally, even the work that was "done" was done poorly. I agreed to have several trees removed through Apex, explicitly including stump grinding and removal for these trees.

However, once removed, unwanted junk trees and weeds began to spring up in place of the old trees and all throughout the yard. Later found out through a subsequent contractor that this was a result of the original removal not going deep enough!

As a consequence, I now face the added expense of hiring another contractor to both complete the unfinished work and rectify the improper work.

Do not recommend at all working with this company. I would give negative stars if I could.

Responding to the reply

1. Nothing in this response has anything to do with the work left out from the original invoice. I have the invoice as proof, in addition to pictures I took after Apex had "finished." We can take a look at the "Right side property line cleaning" as an example of a line item that was never completed.
2. Regarding the note on Tree Removal and Stumps - "weed control" has literally nothing to do with this. We agreed to a complete removal of the tree stumps and that did not happen.
3. Regarding the Shared Fence and Stump - this has nothing to do with anything I brought up. Not sure why it is in the reply
4. Contacting us - I tried going through these channels for months, in a respectful fashion, with radio silence on the other end. Hilarious that only after writing a bad review do they get back to me!

Having a 75' Sweet Gum tree removed that was growing over the house. Extremely impressed with the precision and care that these guys take. I called several places and Apex gave the best price. I would whole heartedly recommend them for any tree removal you might have.

I had apex estates take down this tree in between my house and neighbors. very professional company, great price and quick response. they gave me the estimate on Thursday 1/4 and the tree was gone Monday 1/8. I had taken a few trees down myself and the guys ran the limbs through the chipper without me even asking.

I can't say enough good things about this company. The minute I started talking to Paul I knew he was an honestly good guy and new exactly what he was doing. His knowledge and professionalism made hiring Apex and easy choice. They removed a half dozen trees in one day and made it look easy. They were punctual and left my property clean and tidy. Their pricing is on point and I would highly recommend them to family and friends or anyone in need of their services.

Called multiple companies to get a tree removed only to be quoted outrageously prices. Called Paul and he came out next day. They were quick, efficient , friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely only be using apex estates for any tree removal and going to being using them to get a fence installed. Highly recommend using this company.

Wish I had before pics, but our fence was one bad storm away from falling over. After getting quotes from a few companies, we decided to go with Apex—and I’m so glad we did. Paul was super helpful throughout the process, his pricing was excellent, and the work was done quickly despite the rough weather lately. Highly recommend Paul and Apex for both fencing and tree service!

All I can say is that when it comes to customer service, Apex is 10/10 - Paul & his wife were very communicative & answered any questions we had. He was also timely as I’m undergoing a home renovation & needed tree removal ASAP! After calling Paul, he made the time to come out next day to quote, and send out a surveyor to be cautious of water lines. Not only were they great people, the work was EXCEPTIONAL and at a great price! No one worked more efficiently and safely to get very large trees removed from my home. I would recommend Paul and his team to anyone who needs tree servicing.

Very happy with the service. I got four bids for my project and they were the most reasonable and responsive. They did a great job taking down the trees and grinding the stumps. Several of them were right against my fence and they did a good job taking down the sections of fence and putting them back. Overall great job and I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Margie and her crew. From the first contact through the job being finished it was a great experience. I needed grossly overgrown wisteria and the trees it killed removed. Quality work at a reasonable price - so hard to find the combination today - but Margie and her crew knocked it out of the park for me. Highly recommend and I will definitely be using again in the future.

My experience with Bumblebee was fantastic from start to finish! Throughout the entire process, they were prompt in their response, answered all questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner, and provided a price that I thought was very fair given the work. On the day of the work, all of the workers were very polite, courteous, and professional. The job was done to my satisfaction, and the project manager even took time during the work to explain to me what the guys up in the trees were seeing and how perhaps the initial trimming plan should be modified. As a property owner with many trees, I certainly will be having bumblebee come back for all my future work!

Bumblebee recently took down three of our giant pole pines. They left the yard immaculate. It was a big job, so it took all day, but they were quick and professional.
