From beginning to the end, everything went very smoothly. Natalie evaluated the trees I was concerned about and we walked the property and she identified another tree that needed to come down. I pointed out some smaller trees that were close to our house and she suggested they could be lightly pruned. Price was fair and Natalie was on site a few days later when the trees were taken down. Cleanup was exceptional in comparison to some other tree companies’ work in our neighborhood.

I can’t begin to express how happy I am with the service I received from Bumblebee tree service. We had the pleasure of meeting Natalie a few weeks ago. We needed tree removal and while we had a reputable company in the past, we needed to shop around bc of unexpected other expenses. Natalie worked with us a fair and reasonable price and job that worked for us both.
The cree showed up as scheduled and promised and they were beyond professional and attentive. They literally went above and beyond. Even cutting wood for some neighbors who came to take some logs.
We were happy to buy them lunch and breakfast as they worked a hard 10 hour day. They left the property clean and undamaged. They even did some work for a couple neighbors while they were here.
Bumble bee crew and Natalie delivered more than expected. We would highly recommend them!!

Customer rep Natalie was personable and made you feel you were her only client. Workers worked like a well oiled machine. The sawed up wood for fireplace splitting and placed it in a backyard space. They were reasonably priced and cleaned up so it looked like no work had been done.

I called Bartlett when I noticed my trees were being swarmed with lantern flies a few years ago. They did an excellent job reducing the damage to my two maple trees. Now that the lantern flies are under control I still have Bartlett come out to fertilize and treat the two maples to keep them healthy and growing. The technician and the staff at Bartlett have been professional and courteous and they care about their customers. I highly recommend Bartlett for any of your tree requirements.
