Great, Quality, and Professional work. Sean and his crew were extremely helpful and professional. They went exceeded my expectations big time. Definitely the only company I will ever use in the future for any big trees that I need to get removed.

On time and punctual for the estimate appointment and removal of the trees.
Even during the busy season and recent storms they were able to complete the job and maintain communication without any issues.

It took a while for me to write this because I wanted to send it with a clear conscience. This company was recommended by both a neighbor and work colleague. The estimate was done and I was very excited about the fair price but after the day of removal came and left, I was left disappointed. Yes the tree was removed and the stump grinded down.Okay I'm not a tree expert so I wasn't sure about having the stump grindings removed since its an extra cost. After being told that it would be a little pile that would settle into the spot, I agreed that it could be left alone. After being told by a few relatives and neighbors that it resembled more of a messy mountain, I contacted the Customer Service number to request for it to be picked up. I'm not sure if there is something going on within the company where they may be understaffed but it was very hard to get a prompt follow-up call. I asked the calling/answering service what the usual response time is (24-48 business hours?)and they had no clue but would forward my message. Eventually someone did come back for the pile but after severe rain cleared the grindings left, I still saw remaining roots. Again called and had trouble with follow-up. After being told that someone would come out, they did after about 1 month and another follow-up call where I was told (during 3rd call) that I was first on the list and would get a call to let me know when. I only found out that they were coming on that same day because I called back. I asked for another call back to confirm that they came but they never did call. When I got home from work, I saw that they did come, along with more grindings, tire tracks and dirt left along my walkway. My husband actually thought that a car jumped the curb before I corrected him! When those two referrers asked me how everything went, I actually felt bad in telling them about my experience. The wife of one referrer (neighbor) told me that she saw the person who came back the last time, he had an expression that looked miserable and stressed.

Highly recommend! They were very response and the turn around to schedule my job was very quick. When they came out they were fast and efficient and very polite. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We used Meinhart's in May 2016 to take down 12 trees . They were all huge .tress. They did everything they said they would in a timely fashion. Crew were polite and did a great clean-up . We would recommend them anytime .

Disappointingly poor service. We contracted Meinhart's to remove 2 trees from our property. We presented a coupon that we had received in a mailer, and they would not accept it because we did not disclose it at the time of the estimate - okay, that was 100% our fault because this stipulation was noted on the coupon - but still, a gimic. The tree removal itself was done well. However, when they removed one of them, they irrepairably damaged grass adjacent to it. When we called to speak with a manager to discuss, we were never able to get him/her on the phone - ever - and were told all they could do was replant the grass, which they did not. We paid for stump grinding, and they did not do it the same day of tree removal - okay, that's still fine - but when we called a week later to see when they would come back to do it, were told that the grinder was broken. We called almost every day for a week, until they came unannounced one day and ground the stumps without telling us they were coming. Very odd.

Meinhart's Tree Service did an awesome and professional job for me on a very difficult tree. The tree was becoming dangerous. It was very tall, wide spread, and had four trucks. It was also looming over the neighbors house. Meinhart's took out the tree with no problems. Thanks guys! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Meinhart's was incredibly professional to deal with, and the work they did was great too. I really appreciated that they took the time to put down plywood and not destroy our existing landscaping. I won't hesitate to go back to them again in the future.

Took chance with Meinhart's from New Jersey after Hurricane Irma. They were not a local company but seemed to be very nice and had excellent equipment. Said not to pay them until all work was finished. Excellent job. Place plywood in yard to drive their truck on and carried all debris to street in neat orderly piles for FEMA to remove. Worked for 4 of our neighbors and we were all pleased with how professional they were. The local companies I called were all busy removing trees from homes and cars, saying it would be 2-3 months before they could remove the trees in our yards. We felt blessed that Joel and his team came to Jacksonville, Florida to help with the storm damage. Our trees had either already fallen or were split and ready to fall taking our power lines with them. Thank you to Meinhart's for helping us in Jacksonville, Florida.

Sean and his crew are great. Professional, courteous and efficient. They performed a ground clearing for my company which consisted of tree clearing and basic trimming. Work was performed to expectations.
Hard workers and Joel the owner was polite and accommodating to all requests. Nothing was too much trouble. Great company.

They came out on time very professional. Pleasant to work with. They even stayed through 2 rain storms so they could get the work done. One storm was thunder and lighting. That impressed my husband and I. Great clean up. They could not get the stumps ground that day because if how wet the ground was but came out the next work day and finished the job. We could not be happier with the job they did. We even added 3 more trees to that same days work. And it all got done. The job also required the use of a crane. They protected my front lawn from harm due to having to place the crane on the grass. Would recommend these guys any day. Thanks for all you did.

I called about the job they just finished and the VERY NEXT DAY they came out and fixed my flower bed (better then it was before they got there) and laid top soil and seed in ALL the grass areas affected.

The tree trimmers did a great job. However, my front yard is torn up from the stump grinder using it as a through way. The tree was less than 30 feet from a side street. Curb is high, understandably. Bring ramps. My front yard is RUINED from a tree that was in my backyard and on a street. Not only is my grass ruined, but they ran over cemented flower beds and ruined them. Will never be recommending and hope you never use this company.

Part of our business is real estate. With that being said, we have a property being renovated in Vineland in need of trees cut down to the stumps. Asked for 2 trees to be cut and they offered a third. Thought that was more than fair and I agreed...unfortunately, they left the clippings of the trees in my backyard in 3 separate piles 5 ft high which was quite disappointing. Now I have to get another company to remove as they were paid in full.

Excellent overall experience. Requesting and getting an estimate was painless and quick. I felt that their pricing was extremely fair and hired them on the spot. They were able to schedule my job to happen within a week of signing up with them. They arrived promptly at the time I was told they would be at my home. They began working quickly and finished the entire project within a couple of hours. One of the workers discovered a wasp nest up in one of the trees and was stung several times. I was impressed that he kept on working and that everyone worked to get the nest out of the tree. overall it was a great experience from beginning to end, everyone was great to talk to and work with and I would definitely hire them again for future work.

Meinharts provided exceptional service and communication. When a minor issue occurred, it was rectified the same day and in a professional manner, no questions asked and no excuses given. I have a number of trees and have dealt with a handful of services for maintenance and removal. None have been this diligent, punctual, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend.

I have to say that Meinhart's Tree Service is one of the best service companies I've dealt with. The pricing was very fair. Not only did they show up on time, but a few minutes early.
Branches cut and stacked for us and the yard cleaned up. I highly recommend.

We called Meinhart's to help with a large cleanup job left by someone else. They took less than two weeks to come out after the estimate, and they were done in less than 3 hours. The guys were efficient, friendly, and professional. I will absolutely have them back the next time I need help with my trees, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tree service.

Just wanted to give a review on the job they did last Friday. Except for the price being cheap to remove the tree and grind the stump, the job was not to my satisfaction completely. As they were leaving I asked the guy in charge if they were going to take the stump grindings with them. He said they never do. Didn't ask me if I wanted them to take them. The next day as I was cleaning up the grindings they left I noticed the roots of the tree weren't completely ground up,,even though I paid for it to be completely ground up I feel they should have been more clear in the estimate and work.I feel wasn't professional to give me that type of answer. They also left a gash in my lawn from where the tracks of the grinding machine rolled over. Cheap isn't always professional.

Meinhart's was excellent from start to finish. They came out quickly to provide us an estimate, and the price they quoted was much more reasonable than what we received from two other local businesses, so we scheduled for two weeks out. They showed up bright and early to start the job, and were done a mere four hours later! The tree we were having removed was right next to our septic system, and we were concerned about dropping any heavy weight on it. They were extremely careful and considerate the entire time, making sure to lower each removed branch (as opposed to dropping). They even cleaned up some leaves we hadn't gotten around to raking near the tree. I'd recommend them 100%!
