After one of the recent wind-storms, we had some roof shingles come loose. Cambridge (Eddy) came out that day, provided an estimate, and his crew arrived the next morning to perform the repairs, including matching roof shingles, etc. He also performed a full inspection and identified some other issues regarding chimney flashing. His crew was able to fix the issues at a reasonable cost.
I want to note - there was no pressure from the company and his documentation of the issues and repairs via drone - which gave us complete confidence that everything was done properly!
