Harry Gibson did an excellent job of walking us through the entire process of installing a whole house generator. His pricing was accurate, extremely competitive and covered every detail. The Gibson team supported us through the entire process of permitting, scheduling, installation, inspection and final start up. The Gibson installation crew was on time, thorough, friendly and respectful of our home and property. Their work was flawless and our property and home was immaculate when they finished. I highly recommend Gibson Electrical and would never hesitate to use them again.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Gibson! The administrative staff is kind and friendly and helpful! And the workers not only arrived at my home early, but they did an amazing job of removing a broken outdoor lamppost and installing a new one and got it done in a very timely and professional manner. They were also very kind and considerate and considering the extreme heat outside, did an excellent job!!! I HIGHLY recommend Gibson’s for any electrical work you need done in and around your home!! Two big thumbs up!!!!

I had an amazing experience with everyone at Gibson Electrical. When I called to inquire about receiving a quote the receptionist was incredible with scheduling. The owner was a few minutes late but the receptionist called to let me know ahead of time. Steve was honest, gave great advice and provided an exceptional quote that was half of what we received from another company. Scheduling the work was a breeze. The techs were on time, respectful, cleaned up their work, worked diligently all day to get everything done and provided a detailed write up of the work performed upon leaving after a full day in our home. They were even friendly with our dog! I cannot say enough great things about my experience and am so happy that we chose Gibson. Will absolutely recommend to everyone we know!

We were experiencing problems with low voltage outdoor lighting. Had this electrician visit the house to rectify the issue. We thought the problem was fixed the first time, but not. Had them come back a second time, still not fixed. We were told by the owner and worker that low voltage lighting is a problem. NO suggestions to correct the issue were offered. Not even a third look-see was offered. We were charged $600.00+ and NO satisfaction. Definitely not going to use this guy ever again, or recommend them.

What a great company!! Steve and his team will go above and beyond to get the job done under any circumstances and will charge you fairly. Would recommend to anyone and has definitely earned my future business.

The team at Gibson Electric did outstanding work at my home in Ocean City. We had an emergency situation and they arrived within the hour. Ron, Ben and their team replaced two main electric lines at our home and explained the issues we had. The job was done seamlessly by great professionals and we were very pleased with the workmanship.

I cannot say enough good things about this contracting complany, their employees and staff. They did an amazing job installing new service entry cable, new service shut offs, breaker boxs, along with service upgrade to code. The work was flawless and not a speck of trash, no nails, or garbage were left on the ground. The breaker boxes that were installed were larger then the previous boxes and the new breaker boxes were installed with care, neat and clean. It was and is a work of art. To boot I was not present when the work was done and needless to say I was amazed when I saw the quality of the work. The pricing was also fair and reasonable, considering the level of workmenship. I would and have recommend Gibson highly to my friends in need of electrical work and yes I would use then without a second thought.

Gibson has been the easiest contractor I’ve ever dealt with. The whole process has been seamless. The woman who answers phones is SOOOOO nice and kind. I didn't dread calling to have a question answered. She was so great to talk to. The guys who came and did the work were so respectful and really nice. We had a big job and they have been wonderful to work with. I hope I don’t have electric problems in the future but if I do I know who I plan on calling without a second thought.

I’m really happy with the service I received. The office staff was very accomadating and nice to deal with. The electrician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The price was very reasonable, and there were no surprise charges. The work was done efficiently and the area was left clean. I’d definitely hire them again.
