Mike and his team recently completed a full interior refurbishment and paint job in my condo. They didn’t miss a beat — correcting every flaw in the walls, closets, hardware, and ceilings. It’s clear how much pride they take in their work and in their business name.

I’m especially grateful for the extra care and consideration they showed in working around my belongings. The results are stunning — my condo feels like a brand-new space.

They were professional, detail-oriented, and kept me updated throughout the process. The project was finished on time, and their craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them — their attention to detail and professionalism are truly impeccable.

I had a wonderful experience with Mike and his crew. Mike was able to help turn my kitchen dreams into a reality, and he had good ideas for the design. I have a small condo kitchen so I was limited with what types of renovations I can do. My original Formica kitchen was falling apart. Mike was able to extend my kitchen sink/peninsula counter out by a good bit, and also included a built-in trash pull out cabinet.

Even after the work was completed and paid for, they did return to replace some cabinet doors that were defective from the factory—I didn’t notice that the doors were defective until after the work was completed. They were willing to switch the doors out for me with no questions asked.

The pricing was excellent. I had other quotes from other companies; however Mike and Core Concepts were able to give me the “most bang for the buck.”
