I have had a 2 person cleaning crew come to my house now for 2 months and every time they leave I feel like my day opens up with things I’ve been meaning to get done but usually get put to the side due to trying stay on top of cleaning. They also focus on the little things that make the house really present well.

they were fantastic. I hired them to come clean a house that i moved into and b/c there were so many things going on that day they could not do an adequate cleaning job, so they offered to come back and clean a few weeks later for free. they did come back and did a wonderful job. very impressed and will in all likelihood use them again in the future.

H&L did an excellent job cleaning my mother's condo. I thought the showers were going to need to be replaced as they were neglected for a few months. They came out almost brand new looking. Very happy with this excellent and affordable service

My Wife and I have used this cleaning service for a while, and the staff the owner Jacob had from the start of his business was pretty good. But, because of bad management and professionalism his entire original staff QUIT! He did not inform any of his clients...Which everyother week he has different young(18 or 19yr.) old kids inexperienced coming in to people homes half completing the service payed for. We have called him numerous times to have some one come out and finish the cleaning in which was payed for with no results of a response. He is a very young Unprofessional kid whom does not know how to run a business...I would never recommend this company to anyone with the young inexperienced kids he has working for him now.

As I see in Management or this company. I let the Owner know if he or any of his employees continue to state false allegations or slander my name further, we shall be in court. Because, everything I stated is factual in my review I only speak in truths with proof. Phone records do not lie. Further, more I've owned my business for over 20 years and if I truly harrassed anyone the owner or management would have addressed the issue long before over a year of service. That shows they did not care but for to keep my business. I have not been home with there employees since the beginning of this year. Because, I work during those hours. So, there allegations are untrue just reaching because the Owner Jacob was unprofessional when his staff did not finish there service after monies were rendered, and his feelings were hurt because I do not work for him and his staff could not speak there mind about him as I can. His employees are the ones whom continously complain about how he does not know how to properly run a business. Cleaning companies are like barbershops there is one on every corner. Replacing this company was not hard. I just feel bad for the staff that quit because they were good at there jobs.

Unfortunately, we had to terminate services after too many times where things were left unclean or untouched. We used this company for six months. Around March, the problems started. After every visit there were multiple things on different occasions
( kitchen sinks, bathrooms, under couches, kitchen floors, etc) that were not cleaned. I was alerting staff after each time but the problems continued- there is a different cleaning crew with each visit - so I think the lack of consistency was one of the problems. For example: The master bathroom shower developed dirt and grime in the corners and floor bc it hadn’t been properly cleaned for so long. Another time, The downstairs bathroom and kitchen floors were left untouched. Last time , the crew forgot to clean the kitchen sink. The crews were always respectful and nice, however, I don’t want to pay $155 and then have to come home right after they get there and clean. The hardwood floors under the couch were left dirty after every cleaning.

The owner explained that cleaning the hardwood floors under the couches requires the crew to “move” the couches, when in reality, all they would have to do is bend over and use their mop and simply push it back and forth under the couches to get the dirt- this was never done. I think the owner’s response indicates that this cleaning company is not for customers looking for thorough cleanings.

The most concerning incident was where a heat lamp that was secured under an enclosure inexplicably was turned on and “bumped” then fell into my animal’s enclosure and started to burn up with the animal inside the enclosure.

The owner was very respectful but denied responsibility saying his crew told him the lamp was “unsecured” and already on. I viewed the camera recording after the owner denied responsibility and of course it showed otherwise. I did not argue, I just terminated their services ASAP.

The owner refused to reimburse the costs to replace the lamp and instead said he will instruct the crew not to clean this room- leaving the room dirty but still having me pay full cost for cleaning services.

I do not believe this company is for those customers looking for a thorough house cleaning. The crew and owner was always kind and respectful but this company is not for customers looking for good cleanings.

I wrote this review to give an honest perspective and not to embarrass the company but since the owner is obviously offended and is now being dishonest, I will respond to the most blatant lies below.

- In the owner’s email response to my request for reimbursement for this debacle, he NEVER mentioned that my husband stated anything. But magically now, AFTER my review, my husband told the cleaning crew that the lamp wasn’t set up right?- why not mention this in your email?

- I spoke with you last Monday morning regarding the problems with your cleaning crews. You don’t remember this conversation? My review is “odd” and out of left field? I told you the problems had been going on since at least March and I had been trying to work with your crew by leaving notes each time they missed things,You told me that a lot of your employees quit and that was most likely why the crews were screwing up. I can upload your crew’s text messages to me apologizing for their repeated failures.

I live in a 3600 sq foot brand new house. What “safety standards” are you referring to? I don’t know what you’re talking about- who’s standards? I have a rabbit, a turtle and a bird...in a room....and they each have their own cage/ enclosure- this was too much for your crew? Your new claim that this room was too much for your crew is the FIRST I’m hearing. Where was your “safety standard” claim the last six months when we spoke on those occasions? The lamp is held by a string?-I won’t even respond to that.

You state below that your crew moved the turtle enclosure, but you were informed by me, in writing, not to touch it- this is what I mean when I say that you guys kept messing up.

Had a great experience with high and low cleaning. They deep cleaned my bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. They were incredibly through and pleasant. Reasonably priced. And they loved my cats.

I am a relatively new customer with High and Low Cleaning Services and have (since day one) appreciated my overall experience with them. I called various agencies before deciding on High and Low and it was Jacob (the owner); who impressed me with his professionalism and detailed explanation of their services that made me try them. He follows-up on the service being provided and never leaves me in the dark wondering if someone is going to show up to clean my home.

I have to thank Jacob for always sending Justin. He's become familiar with my home and how I like it. Justin has a warm and friendly personality; has been very accommodating and strives to insure that as a customer, I am pleased with the service provided.
