High and Low, and everything inbetween. We just had a spring cleaning last week. They spent hours scouring our house. Baseboards, windows, furniture, floors, walls, doors, bathrooms, you name it they made is sparkle. We were so impressed with their cleaning skills and reasonable prices that we're going to have them clean once a month from now on. We just finished our weekly cleaning of the house. What used to take 3 hours took half the time, getting 90 minutes of our weekend back every weekend is something I cant put a price on. If you're wondering if they'll do a good job for the low price believe me they will not disappoint!!! If I could give them 6 stars out of 5 I would.

We’ve been using High & Low cleaning for the past 6 months and it has been a game changer. Very reasonable priced and great value. Nothing like coming home from work on Friday to a freshly cleaned house ready to start off the weekend. From the initial home visit with Jacob to the crew that comes out each week, I am very pleased. Once you set the expectation of what you would like to see on a weekly or biweekly basis, the crew will deliver. You always have 1 or 2 people that remains dedicated to your account to maintain consistency. We recommended them to a few neighbors who were equally pleased.

High and Low cleaning is the best cleaning company around. They are very punctual and professional. The owner is extremely accommodating and will work around any scheduling issues. I have used them countless times for residential and commercial properties and they have always been fantastic. I will continue using them in the future and recommend this company to everyone.

I’ve used 3 different cleaning services in the past 2 years and it took me until now to find high and low and as of right now, I never plan on using another company. Their crews are right on time every shift, the place is immaculate and if there is ever an issue (which is basically never) the owner, Jake, has it taken care of right away. You can tell he cares about his company and his customers it shows in his employees and their work. Awesome job guys.

I had an incredible first cleaning experience with High & Low. Jake was very accommodating with scheduling the initial deep clean of our house. Brooke and her team arrived on time and went through details of what was being performed. I especially appreciated that the staff wore masks while our infant daughter was home, and used baby-safe cleaning methods in the nursery. Our house has never looked so good, and the team was a pleasure to work with. We plan to continue using High and Low every other week to keep our house clean!

They came out to do a deep clean of the offices, waiting room, and bathrooms at my wellness center. It was so easy to work with them from the first call for a quote until I walked in to the office to see the big reveal. They did an awesome job! They even washed my large area rugs! I love that they use natural, sustainable products...a huge plus for me and the rest of the practitioners at the center. I loved their work and the process so much that I've asked them to come back for regularly scheduled service.

Can’t say enough about these cleaners. We tried a few others prior, with mediocre results. We’ve now only used HLC for over a year now. Jacob, the owner, is one of the nicest people and always finds a way to get you scheduled, even without advanced notice. Two of the lead cleaners, Brooke and Chrissy, are awesome. Every crew is courteous and friendly, efficient and thorough, and I’d give an extra star if possible. We’ve used them for both routine cleans and deep cleans.

High and Low took care of my grandparent’s old home getting ready to sell and had it PERFECT for showings!! Management was easy to work with and team was awesome!

Things are sparking in my house I didn’t even know were supposed to sparkle! From the initial phone call with Jake I knew things were already off to a great start. He was so accommodating of my schedule. Then the girls came in. Are they magicians? I got the standard cleaning, I can’t imagine what a deep cleaning is! These girls need to teach a master class in elbow grease. Needless to say High and Low is now a mandatory household expense.

We’ve been doing business with High and Low more the 10 years. It’s nice to deal with a company that does a good job and you can trust. I would definitely recommend this cleaning service.

Stay far away. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a cleaning business. Hit or miss work. Worse, zero accountability for things that went wrong. Broke an item, no offer to replace or credit the cost. Never even asked if it was valuable. Left my refrigerator door wide open after cleaning it and denied it. Guess I have ghosts who came to my house after they left and did that. 👻
We decided we weren’t a good fit and then….chased them for two weeks to return my key- after week one got a ‘whoops forgot to mail it.’ After week two when it still didn’t arrive was told it wasn’t their problem. Should have offered a $50 deadbolt from Home Depot as a gesture of good will and responsible business practice, especially after I dropped $1400 on three services.

High & low came out and serviced our home with care and we’re thorough with their services. Their staff is friendly and easy to get along with. They helped us out big time and would recommend them to anyone in search of cleaning services/pest control.

I have used High & Low cleaning services for over 6 years now. They are always on time, professional and thorough. Their pricing is very reasonable. I have often asked them to do something extra and they do so gladly usually with no additional charge. I have 3 bathrooms and I have seen them on their knees using a toothbrush to scrub certain areas. I am writing this in the event anyone is considering using their services and just wanted to put this out there. You’ll be happy you did!

First time using high & low cleaning today after them being highly recommended by multiple people. This is my first time ever using a cleaning company and they exceeded my expectations. I told one of the girls today they are taking a huge weight off of my shoulders as I just had a baby and I run my own buisness, upkeep is getting harder. They are the most reliable and trustworthy cleaning crew I have ever worked with. They show up on the same day and time every week. They never cancel last minute or show up late.

Those who come out are always friendly, efficient, and have great communication about being early or behind. Once here, I'm always asked about any changes, which I love. I have a dog that is old and very friendly, and everyone is kind and patient with him which means the world to me. If I need to reschedule, it usually is very easy to do so, but you get what you give, so be sure to be flexible and kind. They're a great group of people!

I have been utilizing High & Low for about 3 years to clean my 2500 square foot home. I could not be happier!! They do an excellent job, all of the team members are personable. Communication is excellent, they send me text messages if there is going to be any delay. Care is taken with all possessions, and any specific requests are remembered from one visit to the next.
