Called for an emergency heat repair Friday at 6:30pm. Service tech called back and stated he couldn't get there till 8am the following morning. After sending him pictures he called back and stated he wouldn't be able to get the part till Monday morning. I went to Lowe's, got the part, and fixed it myself Friday night. Terrible service.

Called twice for an emergency, and they came out within the hour. Have also used them another time (non emergency) to put in a new outdoor spicket and knob. All three times they've sent the same tech out, who is beyond knowledgeable and professional. Work is done is a timely manner while not breaking the bank. Absolutely recommend Sanders for all your plumbing needs. Will also be using their other services in the future as needed.

I've used Sanders for over 20 years with them installing complete heater and air conditioning units in two different homes. They couldn't have done a better job.
They just completed a major renovation converting a bedroom into a master bathroom.they turned a room with four walls into a beautiful master bathroom. They did a great design and the craftsmanship was superb.I can't say enough of the great job they did.would recommend them to all.

Randy K installed my new kitchen faucet today. He was very professional and polite. This was his second time worked on home plumbing projects. The quality of work was excellent, he removed the old faucet and left my kitchen spotless. I highly recommend Randy! I would give randy 10 if I could.

My 2nd technician was Mike M Electrician. He was very professional, polite, and a very outgoing personality. He repaired my outlets and up graded my electric in my garage. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results. Very neat and cleaned up. He also deserves a10. Sanders Home Services does quality work thats why I used them.

My wife and I bought a number of bath fixtures from Marcy, at the Washington TWP location. There was an issue with the custom vanity top, and a designer faucet. Marcy was awesome to deal with, making certain the manufacturer made the necessary adjustments to make it work. She kept us posted an a regular basis. Very good customer service!

I had Sanders Home Service replace my heater and air conditioner and I can not over state my positive experience. It started with the friendly voice that answered and set up my appointment. Rich C. Came out, went over everything, and explained everything until I was happy with a make, price, and install date. Steve was out to measure and was so nice. Then Jose and Brandon came to do the removal/installation. My property was cleaned of all debris so quickly you could have easily missed it happening. Jose explained everything they did and how to use the new system. If it wasn't for the shiny new equipment and cold air blowing through my vents, you would never know they had been here. Thank you for your fair price, professionalism, and quality of work.

The Sanders team's pricing was competitive with the 5-6 other bids I got - I went with them because I had the opportunity to see the work they did on a neighboring home. They took the extra time and effort to do everything right.

They installed all new duct work in this unconditioned space so I wouldn't have condensation issues in the future - something that had caused mold growth on my drywall prior to the replacement. They eliminated the need for a condensate pump (mine had failed causing water and mold damage) by rerouting a 2" ABS pipe outside to properly drain and using that as a gravity condensate drip line for the AC & Furnace. They rerouted the furnace & water heater exhaust away from the utility closet's external air intake vent. They installed a filter box that can accommodate a 1" or 2" filter with a properly sealing door. They were respectful of my home, showed up on time, and answered all the questions I had and accommodated all the requests I made.

I highly recommend them, and the before an after photos should speak for themselves.
