Instant Air saves my vacation when a tenant called who had two young kids and the heater went , IN FEBRUARY. I didn’t know who to call my buddy said call these guys. The kids were warm that night ! Fixed in a day and the price was right. Will use and recommend in future for sure.

What a shame when you call on Saturday to make an appointment for Tues.@ 4:PM, the company calls you at 8:AM in that morning wanting to know if you want someone to come out earlier, you want to keep the 4:PM appt. and at 4:30PM you are calling the company to find out where the tech is and they tell you, he got stuck on a job, which he is just leaving and will be at your home shortly. Never got a phone call to say the tech was running late. Not very professional customer service... At 5:40PM I called again and got the answering service and told them to cancel the appointment. Will make sure that I tell everyone I know that might need heater/AC service not to call this company. Especially for a first-time customer!!!!!! Virginia Patrizio

Their tech (Joe) was supposedly going out to fix our AC unit. So far, the tenants have called us back stating the AC isn't working the next day. This is a big issue that must be resolved, or we will see them/file with the court. A judge will see all the invoices we have been sent to pay and the job isn't getting done. This is a huge problem! I don't think the owner wants to be in court and get bad reviews like this from customers. What type of warranty are they giving for the job they do? You can't charge hundreds of dollars and not fix the issue. It then looks like a scam company just trying to get money from customers. This is ba and other customers should be warned about this

We’ve used quite a few services here in Philadelphia and I will tell you that hands-down these guys are the best. They have honest and fair prices. They take care of things immediately, and they have the best communication that you can ask for. And you don’t have to tell them that it’s important to you, they treat it like it’s the most important thing they got going on in their business. The Technicians that they send out are very friendly, energetic and communicate wonderfully. Thanks you guys!

When I say great job it’s literally an understatement. Fantastic job is more suitable!! Tony , Jose, Darren ,and Joe are a great team ! Renovating can be stressful however they had my mini split units up and running all while maintaining such a great experience . I can’t wait for the hot weather to kick in and finally have a comfortable temperature in my home .

Awesome service. I first called these folks for HVAC maintenance and they were great, and so I called them when our tankless water heater started to have issues. Nick diagnosed it in spite of it being a very elusive problem, and serviced it in a few hours. Scheduling, pricing, and results have always been great. Thanks!

Awesome, Fast, Highly Experienced and I got what I paid for. Tony, The Techs and the office staff was wonderful to work with. Tony came out and game me and estimate while ensuring me they would take care of everything and they did. They showed up on time, Put down drop cloth then started the removal of my Old Furnace, Water Heater and AC unit. They then installed my new High Efficiency HVAC/AC Unit and my brand New Tankless Water Heater. Plus they vented my upstairs bathroom to the outside. All in one day! Totally amazed and just happy overall. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience. You Rock!
