We’ve been using Rubino services for at least 20 years. They have been working in our home before merging with Bovio and they haven’t missed a beat, still very courteous, friendly and professional. We will continue to use Bovio & Rubino

Jonathon was GREAT!! He arrived right on time and immediately recognized and repaired the problem. He was personable and answered all my questions.

Jamel was able to identify the problem with our furnace very quickly and once he had the right part was able to do the repair in minutes. He was very professional and capable.

I’m enrolled in the Silver Maintenance Service where they service the unit in the heating season as well as the cooling season.

Fast responses, great customer service by our technician Sam. After getting several quotes, thought this was the most competitive for the service. Would highly recommend.

Sam was great! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sam repaired several leaky pipes for our water heater. She kept us posted throughout the whole repair, and she didn’t quit until she was sure that there were no more leaks. Five stars for sure!

Seasonal service performed on my heat/air system by Bovio-Rubino heating. Josh Brown was the technician today. He performed his service and explained things and answered my questions. He took the time to make sure the unit was operating correctly and that my questions and concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend this company for your heat/air needs.

Steve was great!! He took his time and resolved the issue but only through his diligence and patience. I highly recommend Bovio Rubino and Steve Miller.

Bovio is very reliable and great to deal with. The technician was very knowledgeable and went the extra steps to check out our hvac unit to ensure everything was working properly.

Josh was great, took care of our issue, 400 for less than an hours work thawing out a condensation line is a little high. 200 range would be more reasonable

James was great! He was detailed and kept me updated throughout our systems maintenance check. It's good to know that he has been there for a couple of years and I can request him for future appointments. I would recommend them. $170 for checking equipment inside and out, to make sure its maintaining itself. I am not quite sure if this is the average norm

Shawn Marshall was a huge help and a great plumber. He helped solve our problem quickly and gave us a lot of helpful advice to avoid future problems. Will be using this company again because of him

Christian was very professional and personable throughout the entire service call. He let me know in advance he was on his way, and when he arrived he got right to the work, let me know everything that was needed, and made sure I was set for the season. Great job!

They did not make fee structure clear prior to the appointment so I incurred unexpected costs, and quotes on HVAC replacement were over 50% higher than local companies. They also recommended services that were not necessary. Bovio was purchased by Venture Capital firm & now part of much larger company....

Ricardo the technician who came to service our heater was great. He was very friendly and provided a quick solution to our broken heater. He was very thorough and explained everything in great detail.

Luis responded on time and was very professional and thorough. He inspected my heater and addressed all the issues. Laid out a few solutions and the prices. I was pleased with his work.
