Amazing service! I called at 7:30am with a plumbing issue, spoke to a very pleasant professional named Liz over the phone, she scheduled me for a same day appointment, the technician, Steve who was very nice and honest, arrived before 9am, he quickly found the issue, completed the repair at a reasonable price and was out the door by 10:18am. No that is Amazing service!!! Thank you all!!

Had a great experience with Luis, who got our furnace running again after a system failure. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us updated throughout the process, and was incredibly respectful. Highly recommend his services—especially before the cold weather hits!

Steve was our service tec before and I was really glad it was him again. I just lost my husband 3 months ago , and felt totally confident. Also love his honesty. Our son uses your company as well. Very satisfied especially with Steve. Will be asking for him again if something needs repair

Emergency repair done by Josh Brown. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. Would recommend them. We are very pleased to get our heat back for the new year. The temperature in the house is finally getting back to normal.

Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed the required maintenance and helped my wife and I reprogram our thermostat which was much appreciated! Hope to see him again in the spring!

I had Damien Scott out to assess an issue with my furnace. He was very personable and professional. Damien has great knowledge about HVAC systems. He was able to explain what the issue was and how it could be fixed in a way that I could understand.

Had a very hard to detect gas leak on my ventless fireplace. Chris Kraft and Dominica Giuliano came and spent hours searching and checking everything until the leak was found and fixed. I also appreciated that Chris took great care to do the repair by opening the smallest hole possible in my wall which I was able to patch myself thereby saving me the expense of hiring someone to patch the wall. They then spent time testing to make sure the fireplace and remote were working properly before they left. While they worked they both patiently answered all my questions and explained everything involved. Very knowledgeable, meticulous and efficient and also very personable and friendly. I highly recommend this company and really liked having the work done by Chris and Dominica.

Chris was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Made good suggestions for our situation. I have to say though, we were very surprised at the price. To be honest we were expecting it to be a pretty good amount less. You were referred to us from my coworker Jonathan and he was surprised when I mentioned it to him as well. Anthony clearly knew his craft and quickly diagnosed our issue and informed us of a plan for replacement parts and time to complete the repair to our heat pump and inside heater. Anthony was professional and personable and the best part…he’s a proud Eagles fan! Once the parts were in, Anthony repaired and tested our heating unit. He was awesome. I’d strongly recommend Anthony for any HVAC needs. Great job

Unfortunately, whatever he did, didn’t solve the issue therefore, I had to contact another company to fix it. We spent $200 for him to light the pilot on a water heater. By the way we asked him twice if that is the only problem and he was very confident that was the issue, but we knew that it might be something else, which it was, and two days later it happened again. I must say Bovio normally gets the job done just not this time.

I had to have an igniter replaced on my furnace. Service was great. Technician was very knowledgeable and performed his service in a timely fashion. Price seemed kinda steep however.

Bovio-Rubino were quick to send a plumber to our house after we discovered a flood in our basement. Sam assessed the issue and was very knowledgeable and friendly! She worked very hard and was great with communication every step of the way. So glad she came to our rescue!

Chris, from Bovio Rubino has been prompt, very professional, knowledgeable and willing to patiently answer all my questions. He was even able to get into my crawl space to examine the area; Which no one has been able to do in the 30+ years we’ve lived here. I am very happy and satisfied with the work he has done with my heating system.

We had Air temp out at our first house and they did a great job so there was no doubt who we were going to call when we had AC trouble at our new home. This time we worked with Dan and he was able to tune up our old unit in no time. The price was very fair and he came right out to help us. Its hard to find service like that now adays thanks guys!!
