Called Bob's this morning as our air conditioner stopped working. Within 1.5 hours they were at the house diagnosing the problem They got us back up and running very quickly. They were great! Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs air conditioner help. Thank You Bob's Climate Control!

Today I was walking my dog and came across another dog off leash that was heading towards us. I was scared, I was trapped and did not know what to do. I looked down the street and Bob was heading towards us I mouthed to him “Help” and he did not hesitate...he immediately pulled his truck between the dog and me and my dog, hopped out of his truck and put my dog inside, I got in and he drove us home.

I was grateful that Bob did not hesitate to stop to help me! That speaks volumes for his character! After reading his other reviews, I don’t doubt that he conducts his business with honesty and integrity!! I would not hesitate to utilize his services!!!

I can't say enough about Bob and his crew! New furnace, new AC, new water heater installed cleaned up and gone in 8 hours like they weren't even there! Best crew I have ever had to deal with on home repairs. Bob told me what was what and that's exactly what went down! No B.S.

Bob and his team did a fabulous job and went above and beyond. Everything was spotless after the installation. They even patched holes in the wall made by the previous contractor. The unit works wonderfully and also qualifies us for a $300 rebate.

We are very cautious whenever we have any work done in our home since we have had issues in the past with contractors, Bob's Climate Control was recommended to us by an acquaintance and we are very happy with the installation of our new HVAC. From the beginning they were very honest with us about the time line and product. Pricing was fair and they even gave us a portable unit to use in the interim. They gave us a date arrived on time absolutely no issues, cleaned up afterwards and we have been enjoying our new system. Bob came to my house earlier to fill my oil tank. He went above and beyond to inspect my tank, show me where it was located, as well as better understanding my heating system. He even went through each room in my home to make sure that it was running properly. He went above and beyond. You don't often get top quality service like this these days. I like to shop locally so I called and Marie took my information and got right back to me letting me know that Bob was 10 minutes from me. We called Bob's during the heat wave, when our air conditioner stopped working and was leaking water into our basement. We had another company out 3 times last summer because of water leaking from the unit, and they didn't do anything except charge us. My brother-in-law raved about Bob's, so we called them. They were amazing! Bob and his son explained exactly why we had water around the unit, and we arranged for them to replace the system (we were pretty sure we needed a new one, since the one we had was very old). They came to our home at 8am in the morning with 2 teams - one team to work on everything outside, and one team to work on the inside. They were very efficient, clean, organized and knowledgeable. There price was what we expected to pay (we did our research), and we are amazed at how well everything works! Our upstairs has never been this cool, and we've been here over 25 years! We worked with Bob's wife Marie with the financial end, and she was just as wonderful to deal with as her husband and son. We have already recommended them to everyone we know and can't say enough great things about them. They are all-around excellent!

Bob was very honest and forthcoming about repairs and problems that arise. He didn't just try to sell a new AC unit. Very pleased with the service.

Our AC has been failing since last summer. Had it serviced from a different company twice and it was finally determined that the condenser had gone bad. This was on a Wednesday right before a heatwave was coming on a Friday. The company that I had called out to service said they would not be able to get a guy out until the following week to give us an estimate on a new unit. A friend recommended Bob's so I gave him a call that Thursday and left a message. Marie called me back within 30 minutes saying Bob could come out that evening. Bob showed up and verified that the condenser was bad. He recommended several options and by no means did he try to sell me something I didn't need. He said he would install anything we wanted, but we went with his recommendation and I am so glad we did. He gave us a great unit at an amazing price. 4K less than one of quotes we were given ( a week later). Not only that but Bob, Marie and his son made it a priority to at least get the AC condenser ordered and installed that Friday so we had AC that weekend. They all went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to call Bob's. A great company and even better people to deal with.

Bob & his installed my A/C 2 years ago. It is so hard to find people who care about others and have such strong work ethic and professionalism like Bob and his family. My A/C unit went without a warning and I called Bob. Within the same week, I had my new A/C unit installed just in the nick of time-a heat wave coming through. I know from here on I will not deal with any other HVAC company, Lord willing!
