First time we called this service, Bob came out and serviced us. Very nice and eager to share his knowledge. We've used them ever since. He doesn't do all the work now, but his staff is just as friendly, including the receptionist at the office. Over all the company is a pleasure to work with and does great work.

I had my whole heating and air conditioning system replaced in July. Bob was professional and reliable. He came out when promised, and was always on time. He was fair and honest with his pricing as well. In the office, Marie was wonderful to work with as well. She called me and kept me in the loop with rebates and inspections and permits. I would highly recommend this company, and I will personally be recommending Bob’s Climate Control to my family and friends.

This is a five star company. Someone recommended Bob to me 34 years ago and I have always been taken care of. He and his son service my hvac .They have also replaced my old HVAC after the unit the builder put in died. He also services both of my daughter’s HVAC units. When you call, you will talk to Marie. The blower in my air conditioner went. When I called them they came right out. They can get the part and fix it later today. Such a great company. I’ve been using them exclusively for years to service my heater and oil delivery. Would highly recommend them.

Won’t even make an appointment with someone who mentions Home Warranty even when it was stated we’d pay it on our own. Stated we understand we are out of network. We understand we have to pay for it on our own. Nope. Won’t even come out. Talk about horrible business practices.

Bob’s climate control just replaced my furnace and AC. I can’t tell how please I was with the cost and quality of the installation! Bob had to do more to get my old furnace out than he expected but would not charge me a penny more than what he quoted! Great service. They always respond quickly and are knowledgeable. The service technician was right on time and very clean. They wore shoe covers and cleaned my floor after they were done with my heater cleaning.
