During summer our HVAC started to fail. I had previous contacted Xhevat for a repair and he def helped but this time I knew it wasnt going to be so simple since my system was super old. Xhevat was so understanding and helpful. He gave me options, took the time to explain them and let me think on the decision. I did explore other quotes to compare and his price was reasonable and the best among the rest. The fact that I didnt feel pressured and he was able to answer questions, flexible, I knew that it was no brainer. It was hot and he was able to prioritize the work within the same week. Since then have not had any issues, both ac and heat works great and happy decided to go with him. Hes Def someone you can rely on and expect nothing but professionalism and fair prices. Called Eugene Adams to have my outside A/C unit disconnected because I was having a concrete patio installed I called them because they were the ones who installed the system about 4 years ago they are an excellent company to deal with but the reason for this review is for the young man Josh I am sorry but I didn’t get his partners name Josh was the nicest person I ever dealt with he is a credit to the company all dealings I had with this company were excellent that’s why Eugene Adams is my AC guy

I was very happy and pleased with the work done by Eugene Adams Heating and Air Conditioning. I found the technicians to be very knowledgeable and they were courteous and cleaned up nicely before they left which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company for your heating & air conditioning needs.

Have been using them for years, but after a recent estimate for a new AC was ridiculous, I went to a local competitor. Wound up spending $5,200 instead of the $8,500 I was quoted. In addition, I found that I was also being overcharged on coolant and basic servicing for years. I will not be back.

Update:
After my new AC unit was installed, I found out from the new company that I needed a permit and an inspection from the township. They told me that they had already filed the paperwork, that the permit was ready, and that I needed to schedule an inspection of their work. Eugene Adams had installed my last AC unit, but never informed us about a Township inspection or permit. I had no idea that this needed to be done. I wonder if anyone else has had the same thing happen to them after Eugene Adams installed their AC units? Regardless, avoid using this company.

I have been using Eugene Adams for years and I have to say I am more than satisfied. His knowledge and experience far surpasses any other company I have used. The nice thing is that they are a family run and operated business that takes pride in their work. When you call you are not just getting a secretary but an actual family member on the phone. I would refer them to any new customer looking for an honest and knowledgeable company.

Had a new gas installation approx. two years ago and was not 100% happy with the venting. After a thorough inspection, cleaning and replacement of suspect parts, venting was redone with proper attention to specs. Scheduling, technicians' knowledge and execution are second to none.
