Our garage roof was years of moss growth. My husband getting too old to climb on roofs anymore. We never thought moss would come off. Precision Power Wash did an amazing job of cleaning our roof. We were very pleased with their prompt response and our roof looks new now. Thanks for the great job!!

Scheduled for Monday. They called to reschedule because they forgot about a corporate job. Then they said they'd be out on Tuesday. They called to cancel because their truck broke down. Never called or showed up on Wednesday. I called them to ask when they'd be out, and they said they couldn't come out on Wednesday because of other jobs. Other jobs! After we were canceled on twice, other jobs still came first. Ultimately offered to come out Thursday, after two days of rain (why we needed them in the first place).

Have used Precision on a regular basis for power washing whole house, fence, and gutter cleaning. Highly recommend! They do good work but I really appreciate their follow up and they actually listen to your feedback. Rare to get good service these days, so I thought I should give praise where praise is due.

This company is top notch! They removed thick moss that had been growing on our garage roof for years without any damage to our shingles. It’s been a couple years now and the roof still looks brand new.
We hired them also to clean our gutters. They come twice. Once in the fall. Back again in the spring for a great price. We have a lot of trees around our property that clogs up our gutters. My husband’s too old to get up on a ladder. They did a great job and didn’t mess up all my gardens.
You can’t beat their team. They work well together, are prompt and courteous.

The staff at Precision Power Wash is great. The office staff and technicians was very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed to get our house looking great. They showed up on-time and did a great job power washing our house. Our house is 20+ years old and we only had it power washed once after it was built. This was the second time we used Precision Power Wash. We waited to long for a cleaning. The house had some areas that I did not think would come clean. I was shocked how good the house looked after the cleaning. When I let the crew know how surprised I was that that a certain area came out looking knew, I got a smile and a response, we are professionals. That was an understatement. I plan on using Precision Power more frequently in the future, very pleased with everything that was done, and I was very pleased with the cost.

I’ve had Precision here several times & have always had a good experience, the work Is always spotless & I know I’ll always get my monies worth. They’re not cheap but they don’t do cheap work, always satisfied with their service. Most of time I’m gone when they’ve completed their job so right after I arrive home I get to see their results & im always happy!!

The entire process was frustrating and inconvenient. Communication was difficult — I was constantly talked over, which made it hard to express concerns or ask questions. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and not worth the hassle. Especially how they responded to some of these one star reviews, glad I didn’t go with them.

Worse experience of my life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. destroyed my home. Broke my light fixtures. Broke shingles on my roof. Blew other shingles of my roof. Bleached my shutters. Blew paint off my garage. Cut my screens. Put score marks in my trek decking. PLEASE STAY AWAY A COMPANY LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. The best part is they did nothing to resolve the situation. My wife did this as a surprise for me, it was the biggest surprise of my life. I’m still working on the damages.they even power washed my ac unit electrical box

I had Precision Power Wash clean my roof. They had one guy on the roof and another on the ground shooting a power wash wand on all of the plants below. Either the solution they were using or the constant power washing killed all of our plants, vines and trees. We had beautiful flower boxes filled with mature plants that they killed. We had 3 large climbing vines in different parts of the house that they killed, along with any trees that were close to the house. The worker also knocked down a flower pot which cracked. He never told us and it just sat there while he walked over it, back and forth with the power washer. Noel blamed it on the workers and insisted that "those guys are no longer with us, I let them go the day I saw the dead flower pictures" Instead of teaching these guys the correct way to do the job, they just fired them. That was not what I wanted. Noel also mentioned that "she thought that the workers used straight bleach, by the way it killed all of the plants and trees" They finally agreed to pay for the flower box flowers, but they did not pay for the dead flowering vines, the flower pot and our time for buying & replanting the flower boxes. I asked to speak to the owner Colm, who they said was out of the country. It is now over one week later and still no response from the owner. Stay away from this company. They may be less expensive, but I would have been happier paying more, to avoid this hassle and avoid this company.

I am truly disappointed by your response, as it seems to miss the core issues that I raised. My concerns were focused on the damage caused to our property—the plants, vines, trees, and the flower pot—and the lack of sufficient compensation to cover these losses. While you mention a refund of $200, this was specifically for the flowers in the flower boxes and did not cover the full extent of the damage or the time and effort required to replace what was destroyed.

At no point did you acknowledge the flower pot that was cracked or the fact that several trees and mature vines were killed as well. It's unfortunate that instead of addressing these damages, you’ve chosen to focus on my perceived tone over the phone rather than the actual substance of my complaint.

Regarding your claims about the credit card dispute, this was not "theft of services" but rather a reasonable step after you failed to adequately resolve the damage to our property. The cost of the ruined plants far exceeded the refund, and I believe that stopping payment was the only recourse left when you didn’t respond to my request to speak with the owner.

Lastly, I’m glad you mentioned that the roof was cleaned, but that wasn’t the issue I was raising. My review focused on the damage caused during the process, which is still unresolved.

I hope future customers do not have to experience what we did and that you take this as a learning opportunity to improve your service and customer care.
