On Tuesday, Dec 19th, 2023 I called COIT informing them that water came in through a basement window and our rug was soaked. A crew led by Chris Grater arrived at my house within 2 hours to address the problem.
They were quick, professional, and efficient. I have used COIT other times in the past and their service is always excellent. I also found their pricing reasonable. It is and has been a pleasure dealing with Chris, He listens to the customer and knows what needs to be done. He came back 3 days later to check on our carpets. He determined that the fans and dryer should remain over the holiday weekend.
Our carpets were installed 6 months ago and they still look new. COIT, Sommerdale, is excellent. I will not use anyone else if I need water restoration again.

Steve Lalena and Marcus Johnson were very professional and explained everything step by step. The clean up was spotless.

This company came out to clean air ducts that had mold and mildew which we discovered by the black and rusty registers or airducts vent covers . They claimed they were experts in mold remediation . They lied about that. They left a mess of debris and dust all over my house . They didn’t even check or change the air filter !! They didn’t sanitize the air ducts . They also damaged the areas where they replaced the registers ( I had to insist they replace the rusty registers , they had no intention on replacing the rusty , moldy registers)They have absolutely no idea how to properly clean dirty moldy air ducts. I still can’t believe they didn’t clean the filter area it’s a dirty mess !

David Peña was absolutely professional, explained the process and aftercare instructions. He clearly takes pride in his results and highly recommend requesting this serviceman from Coit for deep carpet cleaning! Thank you David, it's beautiful again!

They cancelled my appointment on me TWICE. I will not be using their services again considering this is a major inconvenience.

Steve Lalena did a very good job cleaning the carpets in my home when he first came out and also on the reclean of some areas. I would have given a 5 star ⭐️ but his helper Dave called me on the reclean day and said they would be 30 minutes late, however they were an hour and 40 minutes late and I never received a second call from Dave.I already was waiting 2 hours so it was a total of 4 hours and 40 minutes of waiting.

I would like to take time to thank Bob and Steve for the great cleaning job in my basement. My hot water went when I was out of town and it flooded my basement. They helped clean the room out and put fans and dehumidifier to really dry everything out. They were friendly and very efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks again, Kathie in Clayton.

Chris Grater and Steve LaLena did an excellent job with my bathroom after a serious plumbing incident. They were here on time and were very helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Steve Lakena was the Coit employee that cleaned my carpets & kitchen floor & did an excellent job. When my basement carpet was installed years ago they spilled glue which few years later showed up. I never had basement carpet cleaned before & when Steve cleaned it he did fantastic job. Glue stain was gone. He was very nice, professional, came on time, & answered any questions I had. I highly recommend

Steve and Josh did the entire basement carpeting and all the tile and grout in the kitchen and bathrooms. They did an outstanding job and treated my home with the care and respect as if it was their own. Coit is my go to company for many household maintenance needs. Last week they did my annual dryer vent cleaning and later this week I have my air duct cleaning scheduled. If I could give a higher rating than ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I would!

The two technicians who came out were punctual and polite. They gave us a written estimate and did a very thorough job of duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. This was our second time using Coit and we would definitely recommend them!

I was so happy with the job done at my home! Steve and Josh were a great Team. Very organized and very Professional. They cleaned my carpets in the entire house of 3800 sq ft. My 2 big area carpets, my Hardwood Floors in my entryway and hallway, and cleaned my furniture. It was the best job ever done!
