Excellent service by Steve and Gavin. Fast, professional, and friendly. Answered questions I had. Price was great. Really appreciated that outside debris from dryer vent was cleaned up. Definitely would recommend this company.

We discovered a leak in our basement that turned out to be a huge project. The leak was behind my kitchen cabinet and wru. down into my basement. COIT came out quickly, removed my cabinets in the kitchen and the sheet rock in the basement what we found was a nightmare! They contained the area, cleaned and sanitized, worked with my contractor and insurance company making it very easy for me. They were neat, professional and took care of my home as if it were their own. I cannot say enough about Bill, Brandon, Chris and Steve!!! I would definitely recommend them if you want the job done right!!

I had an emergency water damage issue that was handled professionally, promptly, courteously and cleanly by all the technicians, especially Chris Grater and Steve Lalena. I have nothing negative to say about my experience with COIT Somerdale. They really helped me out and everyone was so nice. Thank you guys and I will be calling you again!

On Tuesday July 9th Charles from Coit came to clean the carpet in my entire house. He did an Excellent job!!! My carpets look brand new. He was very professional and it didn't take a long time. My carpets look sooo nice!!! Thank you Charles for your dedication and quality work at Coit!!!

COIT was very easy to get in touch with and they were able to schedule my appointment very quickly. The guys arrived on time, were pleasant, clean and did the job very efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to if you need your dryer vents cleaned. Price seemed competitive too!

our technician, Charles, spent at our home to make certain our carpets and a large sectional were perfectly clean. He was a true gentleman with exceptional attention to detail. I would highly recommend COIT to any potential customer! We will definitely call them again!

COIT just came out to do dryer vent cleaning. It was easy to get an appointment, which I appreciated because my dryer was giving me an error message about air flow. Jaquel and Josh performed the cleaning service. Clog eliminated! They were pleasant, respected my home, and efficiently handled my problem. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: COIT just cleaned two upholstered pieces (sofa and loveseat) and cleaned several area rugs/runners for me. I am delighted! Charles explained everything before he started, including how he could not guarantee stain removal. Understood. But he worked his magic and the pieces look brand new! I felt the pricing was reasonable. His service was exemplary.

My appointment window was set for 12 to 4 PM. Technician called me at like 8 in the morning telling me that they were on their way over. Technician blamed corporate for the website (which is what we used to schedule the appointment). They left doors as wide open as possible without warning. We were very worried that our cats had gotten out. Technician couldn't care less. According to him, it was our fault for not being ready. Little by little, price went up, and up, and up. Also, they didn't warn us about dust getting everywhere in bathrooms (had to throw out numerous items afterwards). There was also mentioning of a clog, but absolutely no help/solution from them regarding it.
Thank you! Next time I get this service done, I'll definitely know better. Never again.

This review is for the employee, Walter Powell, who took on cleaning project that was challenging especially because our condo for years has not been able to utilize services with large trucks. Due outstanding delays, no large commercial trucks are able to come to our front door or come to the garage-as the clearance is not sufficient.

After an assessment he returned to his business and brought back portable machines and hoses. Due to the location and lay out of the condo-and the prior restrictions-this was a difficult job. He gave me practical advice about the topic matter he was focusing on. He has been with the company for years. He arrived on time for the appointment window-and stayed consistently with the job until it was completed to the best it could be under the physical constraints. He was professional, helpful, and stayed with me and the project-checking back to make sure all was well. He was honest and told me the job could have been done faster and thoroughly had he been able to utilize the larger truck.

He did the job for the price agreed on; he remained focused and determined even with challenges and offered helpful advice as to how long I should wait to get another assessment and checked back to see if air was circulating. This is the kind of employee character I would appreciate in my job -and that any company would be happy and proud to depend on.

COIT Restoration was called because we discovered wet carpeting in our basement family room. Steve showed up within one hour and quickly got to work. He discovered there was much more water infiltration than we originally thought. He carefully moved all the large furniture and began extracting the water. He removed all the damaged carpet padding and used his moisture meter on the drywall and luckily there is very little damage. Steve was very thorough and due to his hard work I think the carpet was saved. Thank you Steve and COIT Restoration.

The worst!!! Service personnel gave estimate for water clean up of $500. Said I only pay for services rendered. Went outside, made phone call, then came in and said $800 with no reason for increase. The day of the job I only needed service for one room not two. I called to ask for a price adjustment. Woman on phone told me that I was to pay a "flat" rate of $800. I asked to speak owner/supervisor. Owner/Supervisor would not call or speak to me. The only person who called was the original responding service man. While on phone, he kept putting me on hold to answer calls from his boss. Same boss who wouldn't call me. After a lengthy argument he reduced the price. All I wanted was furniture moved and a wet rug removed from the room. They did a horrible job!!! Then the clean up guy asked me to leave a positive Google review. This is as positive I can be about their lousy business!!!

Had a really bad sewer clog and Coit came out and handled it in a timely and efficient manner. They did excellent work and were very clean and courteous. They also made sure all the stuff affected was removed so we didn’t have to do it. Thank you Steve, Josh and Bob and Chris for the cleaning and help you have given me and my family.

If you want them to charge $200 an hour or 10k to insurance for a day of absolutely doing nothing these guys are for you..There's a catch with that they eat your food and kick they feet up on your couch with sneakers on 🖕🏼

Had a nasty sewer backup in our basement on a Sunday. Contacted COIT. They sent a technician to my house who arrived within 2 hours. His name was Steve.

Steve was great. Professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained what he was going to do to mitigate the situation, and why it was necessary from a sanitary perspective.

He not only cleaned up the current situation but also set up equipment to address potential air quality concerns.

I highly recommend COIT !

Excellent and timely service from Coit (Chris, Tom, Steve, and others) when we had water damage in two rooms. The moisture remediation, removal of damaged flooring, and pack-out and storage of our furniture during the repairs was carefully done. We strongly recommend Coit for emergency situations like ours.

Chris from COIT came to deal with a nasty flood situation in my kitchen and garage two days before Thanksgiving! He made time throughout the holiday weekend to clean, and organize, and ensure that we were inconvenienced as little as possible. He was early or on time and worked so hard to help us get back to some semblance of normal. And he always had a bright, pleasant attitude. I highly recommend COIT and Chris, in particular!

Crew was out here right away and assessed the most efficient way to remove water in the basement. Steve Lalena even changed my sump pump while he was here and I didn't have to find a plumber. Marcus and Steve made life easier when dealing with frustrating flooding in our basement.

Will not be using you anymore for dryer vent cleaning. The guys scratched the hell out of my new dryer and would not replace the dryer hose.

The company was quick to respond. Their technicians (Steve and Marcus) were excellent. They were fast, efficient, and clean up after.
