I have used Promise Tree for several years. They are efficent, prompt and courteous. The owner is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Their prices are reasonable and their work is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal, lawn services or landscaping.

I had a couple of tricky jobs/requests that Duane and his crew handled extremely well. Duane and his team were so easy to work with from helping with my permit to the final job. Very pleased and the price was reasonable too!

First time customer, needed large tree trimmed back. The Promise crew showed up on time and went straight to work. Every branch was carefully cut and placed on the ground safely. Dwayne and Eric came a few years ago to take down a large tree in our backyard. We had them come down again to take down another tree and remove some tree roots . They are both prompt, professional and do not hesitate to give you an honest opinion . Besides that the prices are fair and they go above and beyond to do a thorough job . I used Promise to take down a dead 80ft oak tree in my backyard. Duane came out to give me a quote and gave me a really good price considering the tree was close to my house and other structures. They did a great job taking down that tree without damaging any of the structures or other surrounding trees. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs tree service.

We used Promise Tree to remove 3 pine trees, trim and tidy two mature trees, remove the tree stumps, and provide us with all of the wood chips for garden work. After calling 4+ companies they were the most responsive, professional, and gave the most reasonable quote. I was extremely pleased with the work they did.

Day of the job Duane arrived with his crew and oversaw the days work to give it his personal touch. They worked quickly, safely, and were friendly and helpful when I had questions. His crew were even willing to cut us a couple of rounds for chairs when I asked! The final highlight of the experience was that they were able to deliver the wood chips directly to where I asked (I use them for landscaping and gardening). When they needed a load of our woodchips to supply another customer, Duane willingly promised to return with a future load to even things out. He was true to his word and got me the woodchips I needed a couple of weeks later, just as I was running out of the first lot.

We will be using Promise Tree again anytime our yard needs maintenance. Excellent experience.

These guys are great. I had ordered wood for our wood burning stove from Promise Tree Service. Got a call back from Duane the next day. Wood was delivered by 1pm that same day!!! Very dry, seasoned wood as promised. Will never use another wood delivery service and the price was very reasonable!

In beginning of February, due to high wind and storm, huge Maple Tree fell on roof of my house. Immediately I thought to call Dwayne, as he had provided me tree service before. Dwayne and his crew promptly responded, safely removed maple tree off roof of my house. Dwayne and his crew have professional work ethics, they do thorough job and go beyond expectations. Main differentiating factor for Dwayne and his crew is they are nice and joyful individuals. Even after tiring and hard work of tree service, they all are always smiling. I had Dwayne helping me 3 times in last 5 years for tree services and I will give him repeat orders whenever I will need tree service.
