Promise did a large landscaping job for me, including rebuilding a small flagstone wall and I am thrilled with their work. They are easy and very pleasant to work with, their price is fair, and the result is everything I hoped for. I highly recommend Promise Tree and Landscaping Service.

We have called Promise Tree a few times in the last few years- most recently they provided trimming services to a very large tree on our property. As usual, they worked efficiently, cleanly, and went above and beyond to really think through how best to trim, while still considering the balance and health of the tree. We have always felt comfortable in between scheduled service appointments to call Duane, Beth and the Promise Tree team for their professional opinion and advice. They are true experts in this area and we will surely call them again for any future needs!

Very professional team came out. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves aside from the saw dust. Very happy with the results and highly recommend them. I will use them again if I need another branch cut off a tree.

2025: Another 5-star experience with Promise Tree! Duane assured us his team could handle a large Elm, trim the others, and remove a dead hive - and they exceeded every expectation.
Tom is a true expert who oversaw every detail and guided us with confidence. Piero climbed multiple trees with incredible skill, cutting the large Elm while keeping our neighbor's property and surrounding trees safe. Eric was considerate of our feedback, careful not to trim too much, which we greatly appreciated. One crew member (whose name we didn't catch) left the yard so clean you couldn't tell heavy machinery had been there. Professional, kind, and dedicated, this crew is exceptional. Promise Tree is our go-to for all things tree-related! Highly recommend.

2024: If you find yourself in need of a tree service, look no further! We needed to remove a dead tree from our yard quickly. Duane visited us the same day we called for a consultation. Beth was a pleasure to coordinate with and helped us get the job done two days after our consult. There were no surprises, as she set expectations ahead of time. Tom, Eric, and Piero did a great job safely removing our dead tree and leaving our property spotless. We will definitely use Promise Tree in the future and recommend them to our neighborhood.

I’ve used Promise Tree Service for tree trimming and firewood delivery. They are always so great to work with and provide excellent service at low prices and fast!! I called for firewood delivery and it was stacked at my house the very next day at 7:30 am. Best price in the area, too. I'd give them 10 stars.

This is the 2nd year we ordered firewood from PTLS- their wood is well-seasoned and good quality- no scraps! They’re always a pleasure to work with - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I purchased a cord of firewood and paid a little extra to have it stacked. First of all, the wood is high quality, and burns good and long without tons of pops and hissing. They gave me a very generous cord in terms of volume, and the fellow that delivered went way above and beyond when stacking the wood in my backyard. I will never buy firewood from anyone else, and I recommend these good folks with all possible enthusiasm!

We had a huge branch come down during some strong winds. Promise Tree service and Duane were great to work with. They provided a quote, which was the best of 3 quotes that we got, and did the work quickly. They cleaned up all of the debris and took some extra branches we had from another project. The office was as amazing as Duane and I felt very comfortable working with them. They also helped us quickly because the branch was blocking our exit to the back yard. 5 stars. Would definitely use again!!

Promise Tree Service came as promised. The guys came earlier than expected today and cut back the trees over the deck. They cleaned up and took away the branches and even gave a recommendation of just cutting the tip of branch so that it doesn’t hit the house and also to leave a some branches so the tree doesn’t look scarce. Highly recommend this company.

We can't thank Duane and his crew enough for the hard work they have put to cut a bunch of dead trees and prune overgrown branches from tall trees, along with clearing poison ivy that was surrounded to healthy ones and clear our lawn with their heavy machinery. They found a few baby squirrels in the tree trunk and took care so that the mother squirrel finds them in same place. They are the best in the business and I recommend Promise Tree Service for your backyard tree services.
