Reginald was courteous and professional. He worked quickly, kept me updated, and was eager to help move items to ensure the area of carpet was clean and with getting everything back into place. I was pleased with his service mostly however he did damage my balcony screen by stretching his equipment through it. This is the reason for the lower rating. I contacted the company multiple times and received nothing but empty promises of a follow up call. I guess management wasn’t interested in rectifying that.

Mr. Robert Terry arrived on time. We hired cleaning Group since our carpet was soiled and some stains due to high traffic areas. Robert was very polite, he explained the treatment plan, the price was very reasonable. He puts his heart into the job, the steam carpeting was perfect and we got our brand new carpet back! Thanks to Robert for excellent workmanship!

I would highly recommend the cleaning group. They came out and he cleaned the carpet to my RV. The technicians name was Robert. I give him 10 stars because for his professionalism and courtesy, as he explained the process to me, and then made it happen! Definitely would recommend them and use them again!

Highly satisfied with the professionalism, workmanship, and courtesy received from this company. We have a 20 year old carpet that looks almost new now! With four little rescue dogs accidents happen so I will be calling them back and recommend them to others. They did an excellent job! Kudos!

We are very happy! Both gentlemen were not only professional and awesome at what they do but they were both very polite and kind, we will definitely have them back! Today they all of the tile and grout in bathrooms and kitchen.
