I sent a request for an appointment Wednesday morning, about an hour later received a text message in regard to setting up services - we had originally planned for Thursday between 2-6pm - due to weather and the travel distance they were unable to come, I happily rescheduled the appointment for today.

Robert did an amazing job. Was in and out super quick and we instantly noticed a difference in our carpets.

Keith the technician was able to come earlier than scheduled. He was very friendly and pleasant. He did an excellent job on my carpets and furniture. This company was great. They were able to accommodate a time change on the same day and showed up exactly on time. They explained the products they were going to use and the time needed to complete their service. The rugs looks fantastic and brand new. Robert was very professional and took all the necessary precautions during this unprecedented time. Highly recommend

My technician was Reggie he was professional from start to finish. He worked in the children’s room and the carpet was really soiled with stains he got them out and was efficient every step of the way!

The technician was nice but I was surprised by how fast the cleaning was. He spent more time setting up than he did cleaning the carpet. The reason I made the appointment was to get rid of a slight odor in the corner of my room. The odor is still there even though I was told it wouldn’t be once the carpet was dried. I’ll try again

I’ve been using this company for many years. They are excellent! I had my rugs cleaned recently by Reginald and I can’t praise him enough. He is a perfectionist in making sure the rugs are clean. My very old carpets look brand new and smell so fresh. He is kind, thorough, thoughtful and does an incredible job!! Reginald goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. I am so happy to have met him and will request him from now on. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

The technician showed up few minutes earlier than expected. I got the basement with stairs and was done in less than an hour. Also got the enzyme/deodorize treatment, which smelled so good. A little pricey but like their service so would definitely recommend and use them again.

We had such a nice experience today. The gentleman who came to clean our carpets was upbeat and enthusiastic. He went the extra mile. I think his name was Reggie! Kudos to him for caring and taking his job seriously.

This is a poorly run company, and their 'response' below is either absolutely dishonest or delusional decision, and I'm not sure which is a bigger issue - backwards, upside down lack of accountability and only proves the point. Situations/problems should actually be handled in the exact opposite way the technician and owner have handled my two experiences. I attempted to give them a second chance after permanently damaging a couch on every side the first hire (and blatantly denying the absurdly obvious until finally admitting today they damaged it and would have lost a lawsuit only it wouldn't have been worth the time/money), and the experience actually deteriorated. I didn't imagine that was possible. Very unprofessional. The worst accountability issues I've experienced with an operating business. Find a mirror. The edited response - continued dishonesty. Stanley Steamer is too expensive, lack of competition. Perhaps I should get into the business and handle things correctly. I've left about 5 google reviews in my life, 3 positive, and 2 negative for this one business. I've added photos below of the blatantly obvious damage. These marks are all over the couch, they must have had the temperature too high and/or pressed too hard. A very strange and even unbelievable lack of accountability. These photos were taken 5 years after the damage occurred. The lies in their response only dig the hole deeper as I'm obviously being completely candid.

We hired this cleaning group for several services: cleaning four carpets (with pick-up and drop-off), a sectional sofa, and a reclining chair. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
First, the process itself was confusing. We were not informed beforehand that the full payment was due at the initial pick-up, before any services were completed or items returned. This led to some frustration and miscommunication with the on-site team, though Chris did step in to clarify and, very graciously, offered a free cleaning of our dining table chairs as an apology for the confusion. This gesture was appreciated.
However, the main issues were with the quality of work and the follow-through.
When we opened two of the four returned carpets, they still looked dirty and had a persistent bad smell, so we didn't even bother opening the other two.
After the sofa and chair cleaning, once they had dried, we could still clearly see dirty spots that were masked by the initial dampness.
We immediately reached out to Chris about the carpets and he promised to send someone back to re-clean them. Despite following up multiple times, no one ever came, and our issue was not resolved.
Ultimately, the core services we paid for—clean carpets, a clean sectional, and a clean chair—were not delivered to a satisfactory standard. While we appreciated the attempt to remedy the initial scheduling confusion, the failure to perform the main work properly and the lack of follow-up on the re-clean promise means we cannot recommend their services. We hope they can revise their processes and improve their quality control in the future.
