So displeased with the service I had done this time. First off I loved my first service with Reginald so I requested him again, was told yes I’d have him again. He was not the one who showed up the day of my appointment. Secondly, I payed an extra $40 for an add on that was supposed to “remove stains & make the carpets smell fresh. It did absolutely nothing. The entire day and a half that they were left to dry, it smelled like dirty water throughout my house. Thirdly, they charge $79 for 3 rooms and the hallway is throw in for Free, I only use them for 1 very small room and 1 small hallway(which is technically free). So I wish there was some kind of price adjustment to meet what I get done. And lastly, I was so shocked with how quick the service was the first time around and now this time ( in a good way) I love quick but I guess quick isn’t always a good thing. So this time around I was curious with the quality of service after 8 minutes went by and the job was done. He spent more time setting up then it took for the job. After the carpets fully dried a day later, I took my small spot cleaner out and did a small area that appeared to be clean. This is what I was able to remove with my Walmart carpet cleaner.
I won’t be using their services going forward, sadly.

My company used Sprout Cleaning for 3 months. The first month was great. After that, not so much. Convinced us they would be better than our previous cleaner. They were not. One computer had a screen open that was not the doing of the person who uses it. A desk drawer was broken. One desk was left uncleaned for weeks. Finally had to tell them to clean it. Things not put back into place once the desk was cleaned. Our bathroom floors were not cleaned weekly per contract. And the owner tried to say it was the design in the floor?? NO, it is not! We know the difference between dirt and design. Our garbage bags disappeared very quickly, so we had to leave an exact amount number of bags out to be used. I would give them 5 stars for the first time. One star after that. I do not reccomend their services.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Sprout Cleaning. Polite, hardworking people who left my apartment feeling like a million bucks. They reached into every spot and even found a bracelet I had lost 4 years ago. Couldn't be happier. Incredibly punctual, great communication skills, and for the first time in a long time I felt like I didn't have pounds of dust covering everything up. You will not regret reaching out to them! I know I will again soon.

we just had our offices cleaned. we have to say this company really came through. we called on short notice and they provided services for us in one day after they said they were really busy. they were very polite and kind and the communication was splendid. we just signed a new contract for 6 months. we recommend this company. this family business is perfect because they understand with pricing. we know inflation is through the roof but we also gave them a tip. thank you sprout.

I don't recommend this cleaning service. Asked for a deep cleaning. None of the showers or bathroom sinks were wiped down. I truly don't know what was done in the 4 hours they were here it looked like only the floors were cleaned.

I get my apartment cleaned once a month and I am very happy with the service. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful to interact with. The cleaning staff is very hard working and does an excellent job every time! Always on time, professional, friendly, consistent, and overall great service.

This was my first time using them, but will not be my last for sure. The lady who came was very professional and an extremely hard worker. I recently had some repairs made in the house so the living area was neglected for a few weeks and she thoroughly wiped everything down cabinets, tables, stove, and refrigerator Not to mention how clean she got my hardwood floor floors. There is just nothing like the smell and look of a deeply cleaned home! The price was very reasonable, the quality of work was outstanding, and I would highly recommend the service to anyone.
