Amazing service by Alpine! I had a water heater which was ready to leak. They helped by in less then 5days and were professional and less then the company I had a contract with. Needless to saying I am moving over to Alpine. Don't hesitate to call them.

I have used Alpine for over 25 years; since 1999, in fact, when they replaced my central A/C system. Since then, they have repaired, and later replaced, my furnace. More recently, they replaced the A/C system that they had installed in 1999! They do an excellent job, which is why I also have a maintenance service contract with them. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and they always come out quickly when there is a problem. They do a great job explaining what they found. I recommended them just this week to a friend who needed their furnace repaired. I recommend them without hesitation.

We have used Alpine for all of our HVAC needs for the last 25+ years. The installations have worked well and, in the rare cases where a repair had to be made, it was done quickly and efficiently. An appointment for less urgent problems can usually be scheduled within a day or so.

Alpine refrigeration is a company that my family will forever rely on. We had another company visit because of a possible carbon monoxide issue that required immediate attention. The company that arrived was Air.....ect. They stated we needed to buy new furnaces even though there were no issues with the 2nd furnace. After understanding there was no immediate threat accept to my wallet we called Alpine. Alpine has serviced our furnaces and air-conditioning for 4 years! Troy, and brian whom serviced our furnace this week provided us with competitive and resonable pricing. Alpine refrigeration professional knowledgeable and capable of resolving all our systems needs!

I have 3 Alpine Refrigeration pieces of equipment. 2 Furnaces (one with Air Conditioning) and a Water Heater. All installations were excellent and the installers were always professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. One furnace is in the attic (the one with air conditioning) and was difficult to install but that did not stop them from doing a superior job. I have had 3 or 4 service calls over the 36 years I have been dealing with Alpine and all were top notch and affordable. I highly recommend Alpine Refrigeration if you are lucky enough to be within their service area.

From the estimate process to the installation, everyone at Alpine was wonderful to work with. Clearly a group of subject matter experts that go above and beyond to answer your questions and concerns. We’ve had yearly maintenance also and their technicians are professional and great communicators. Highly recommend for an excellent experience.
