I didn't realize that you could call them for electrical work too but found out they did that too and gave them a call. They came out quickly and did a great job on the install. The first time I used them to replace LP gas lines for natural gas & install new HVAC, hot water heater and gas line to fireplace. They handled all state and manufacturer rebates. Then again when I moved I again replaced all units. They are very professional, efficient, have taken excellent care throughout many years. Highly recommend!!

He also made sure that I felt comfortable in my understanding of the issue and helped to ensure I knew what to do should any new problems arise.

Kind, knowledgeable, and responsive for HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. They do not upsell. If it can be easily repaired to lengthen the life of the appliance they will do it. If you are told by another big name that you need a replacement, contact Shamrock immediately. Shamrock is trustworthy and will only suggest replacement if there is no alternative. When you have a service contract with Shamrock, you are family. Thank you Shamrock for all you do to keep our home safe and humming!

I have had a contract with Shamrock for many years. Their repairmen have been able to diagnose and repair any issues I've encountered, as well as performed routine maintenance in a timely fashion. I will continue to use their services for my HVAC needs.

Got couple quotes from other companies,but I've used them before & got quote years ago.They are respectful & thorough & do not try upsell.had same guy gave me the proposal from before. Would use them again-hopefully not soon!!

I have been a maintenance plan customer for 11 years and have been very satisfied with their service. They have been reliable and thorough. One cold winter weekend when my furnace broke, the on call technician came out within the hour and diagnosed the problem. The part that needed replacing was not in stock but he was able to obtain it early Monday morning and repair the furnace.

I've been using Shamrock for 6 years under an annual agreement. They are always responsive and easy to deal with. Recently had communication issue but readily resolved to my satisfaction. No "push" from the techs when they do their annual maintenance for extra work or upgrades. Just professional people with no upselling which I appreciate. I highly recommend them.
