Basco took care of me when I needed a boiler quickly. Installed it within days of calling him at a reasonable price. He is my go to call for plumbing moving forward!

I've been on a hunt for a reliable, respectful, and skilled plumber for 2 years now, and I've finally found my match! Basco Plumbing is INCREDIBLE! Last 2 years, I've called many different plumbers who do not even come close to the satisfaction that Basco Plumbing has provided. They are a crew of 3 brothers, and they are all super nice. Kimmy is my go to guy as he has been super nice, and came very quickly to resolve an issue with my steam furnace. He fixed in minutes and didnt charge me. He was also very honest. I can trust Basco with my entire house. They have my loyalty for life!

I needed a washing machine shut off valve replaced. They came quickly and did a great job. The price was reasonable. They were very clean and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed. Flat out unreliable. I've been trying to schedule Trano to come to my house and give an estimate for weeks. They cancelled on me 3 times.. with 2 times being a no show.

VERY unprofessional.
Called them twice before they could set up an appointment. They didn’t come for the first one. I called them to follow up. They gave me a second appointment and missed that too with no follow up from their side. I again called them to find out what is happening, and was told the boss would call the that day after 5 or the next morning to set up an appointment. Didn’t receive that call.

Prompt, thorough, kind service professionals came to fix what I thought was a broken spigot. They explained what the issue was and made no judgment of the fact I could have fixed it myself! They were wonderful. Can’t wait to call on them again!

Best plumber ever! I had an emergency toilet leak and they were here instantaneously. I couldn’t have asked for better, more efficient or kinder service. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Lucky to have found Bruce Trano plumbing! They went out of their way to help us when our heat suddenly stoped working. Showed such care and compassion for our situation, and were able to resolve our heating issue. This after another company misdiagnosed the problem and told us it would take 3 days for a new part.

Our hot water heater just blew. We had called PSEG since we have worryfree, and not only was it not covered, but they provided a not great estimate to replace it. We had been without hot water for a week trying to sort through the PSEG stuff. So we finally contacted Trano Plumbing. They came out within 2 hours to give us an estimate, which was great, and then returned the next morning to fix everything. Super easy, very friendly, super fast service. Couldn't be happier!
