Identified and fixed the issue immediately, wore masks while working in my home, and now I have water pressure in my shower! The biggest issue is that this business actually calls people back when they request a service. Most plumbers in this area never call you back after leaving numerous messages! Reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. They will be the first I call for all of my future plumbing needs!!!!!

We knew we wanted to use Trano & Sons, Plumbing & Heating from the first phone call to their office – Stephanie Trano or their office staff actually answered the phone, every time we called. We wanted our old alcove cast iron bathtub replaced with a deep soaking acrylic tub. Craig Trano with Mike Schettino of Rock Solid Home Improvements, came to look at the bathroom, took measurements of the room and the new tub (we purchased the tub & plumbing fixtures), and checked out the existing plumbing in the basement. Of all the contractors who looked at our project, none were this thorough, and some didn't even want to do the job.

Once Mike the Plumber and Mike S., started the job, the work continued full time until it was done... and what a job they did!

We only have 1 shower so we were under some time constraints. Some plumbing work was required to properly connect the new tub drain to the old sewer line connection because of previous shoddy workmanship. The alcove was totally tiled, and we were afraid that removing some of the tiles and re-tiling with different tiles would make the alcove look like a patch job. Mike S. worked with us to design the tiling, and it's absolutely beautiful.

These guys are true professionals and know what they're doing. Highly recommended!!!

I certainly recommend Trano Plumbing and Heating. Craig Trano did all the rather extensive plumbing when we put a good-sized addition on the back of our house here in Westfield some fifteen years ago. His work was not only professional; but, elegant (I'm a contractor and a fussy guy). Before that Trano Plumbing did all the plumbing when we finished our existing basement including a full bath with shower and a kitchen, and a new sewer. They are friendly, competent and competitively priced.

We used Bruce Trano Plumbing to prepare my mother in laws home for sale. Craig was responsive and On Time and neat. He offered an experienced solution to a longstanding drainage issue and for a fair price. Craig said he grew up in the trade, it shows in his approach, he is a true professional.

Owe so much to this company (and that's why I use them to this day). When my house got destroyed in Tropical Storm Ida, we truly lost everything. No heat. No AC. No sump pump. No hot water heater. All gone. We were desperate and they could've taken us to the cleaners. Instead....efficient, economical and just wonderful. Highly recommended.

I have been using Bruce Trano Plumbing for my plumbing needs for over 10 years and have never had a problem. They are punctual and when they do the job, it is repaired on the first visit with no need to come back. When I have had an emergency, that needed a quick response, they were able to accomodate me. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

First time using Trano Bruce Plumbing & Heating. Great experience and they did fantastic work. The owner came to the house to give us an estimate and they showed up as scheduled on 3 different occasions. Stephanie answers the phone and schedules work and she was extremely helpful and a very nice person. If you need a plumber I would suggest using this company. We have used Trano for so many plumbing and heating projects at our home. They are very responsive and always do a great job.

We have used Bruce Trano & Sons plumbing for the past two decades and they have always delivered. They are extremely reliable, come out for appointments ASAP (emergency basis too), are very knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly they are honest & trustworthy. Sadly, you often read/hear acomplaints from people who have been ripped off by contractors performing unnecessary work and charging excessive fees, I can assure you that if you use Bruce Trano & Sons for your plumbing issues you’ll I never have to worry about that again when it comes to your plumbing.

I had a leaking pipe in my utility room and I wanted to replace a spigot outside. I gave Trano a call but an estimator was not available for a couple days. no big deal the bucket was doing a great job. The estimator was really nice and explained my options. later that afternoon the office gave me a call and left VM saying they emailed me the estimate and they were available to work the next day.

I was able to get them in the next day. The guys that came to do the work were also nice and explained to me how to shut off the water to the main line with the alternative valve and how to winterize the spigot. the previous home owner didn't leave me notes and I am still learning how to maintain or not mess up my home.

I found my go to plumber.

Excellent service‼️ I spoke with Ryan at 11:15 about a leaky faucet and tub shower. Said he'd check to see if he could get someone in soon. Within 5 minutes he called me back and by 11:45 Mike was here working on the faucet--Quick and professional 👍🏽

I had them repair my heating system. They came the first time to evaluate it and then did not return for 1.5 weeks. When they did return, I asked them several times for estimates Which they did not provide. Eventually, after doing the work, they charge me $250 per labor hour and rounded up to 1.5 hours for a job to replace two steam traps on my radiators. Between the lack of transparency, abnormally high labor cost even for the area, and lack of timing communication I would not use them or recommend them in the future.

Additionally, they did the bare minimum while they replaced the steam trap, the valves that are right above it were not repaired and are unusable.

Called for an emergency call my central air went out in the middle of the night approximately 30 minutes after calling a repair technician was at my house the technician was knowledgeable and professional and took care of our system and got it running I will definitely be calling to set up a yearly service contract with them

My experience with them was good. They answered the phone when I called. They sent a tech the next day to look at my broken unit. The tech Charlie was great. He fixed my unit and I felt the cost was reasonable what more could you want. I will be using them again for maintenance and any future needs.

Found my new HVAC company. My AC unit broke and I have been unhappy with the service provided by the company that installed in the unit, so I called C&M. Very impressed with the service received. They came out the same day and let me know that my unit was still under warranty, they were not the company that installed the unit and went the extra steps on checking the warranty. They repaired the unit and did the paperwork for the warranty! Very honest and professional, will definitely use again. Thank you C&M!

Overcharged for a service call. Broken AC and needed a repair and was stuck Way too expensive.
I appreciate the response from The owner Rich. You guys did a good job and I have no issue with that. Be happy to discuss it further. But the pricing on the parts is unreasonable. My exact part for the oval constant run capacity is 12.14 on supply house. You used a more expense toro constant run which is 65 on supply house. I’m assuming you used this for my convenience because it’s what you had and perhaps it is a premium piece. And that’s fine. 2 parts used I can buy for 75. What would you pay for a reasonable 1 hour service call and replacement of $75 parts ? I’m not posting the final price here but you have my number to call me if you want to discuss. I do appreciate how quickly and professional your tech was and getting service back up but like I said I felt stuck in this situation and paid your price

Talked to the owner Rich today. Very helpful, their business should be the right place to call before making any discussions. They’re patient and knowledgeable. Going to request the services for my new business next year.

We had a great experience with C&M! Cindy was very quick to help schedule a technician for us, on short notice, and also incredibly helpful giving us some great advice on our warranty. And Freddie who showed up for the service call, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and up-front. He explained that we were previously misled by some other HVAC technicians, and conducted a thorough inspection of our unit, and gave us recommendations on how to keep it running well. C&M are great, and I'll be switching to them going forward. Thank you!

I had a heat emergency and called several hvac companies, and no one was available. Trano plumbing put me in contact with Stay Cool and George called me back with in the hour, and was at my house shortly after. George and his assistant were able to diagnose a problem with the thermostat and had the heat back on very quickly. He did an excellent job, and his fee was very reasonable. I will definitely use Stay Cool in the future and highly recommend this company.

Our AC finally died during a heatwave. I called Stay Cool. And George got right back to me and came over within the hour. We needed a new unit which I knew we we going to need. George rearranged his schedule and was able to install a new unit the following day. They were there on time and had us up and running within a few hours.
