Reviews of local pros in Springfield, New Jersey

Cardinal nursery has a wonderful selection of trees, flowers and supplies. The staff has always been nice and very knowledgeable and helpful when I need answers and advice. Highly recommend this local spot. I have always been happy with the quality of the plants.

Been going here for years, lovely flowers/trees/shrubs here and even more lovely people. Added a picture of an Eastern Redbud and Thundercloud Plum I bought here

Superb experience. The owner personally walked me around and answered my questions/made recommendations. For garden supplies, this beats Home Depot or Lowes - no question about it. I come visit here periodically, just to see what's new for the season. Some good bargains may be available.

I went yesterday to buy plants for my flower boxes on my deck. I didn’t know the names of the plants I wanted. The help I got was amazing. The woman who was working there was able to identify the plants based on my description. In addition, she went with me to find them! The plants were incredibly healthy and beautiful. This was my first time there, but I can honestly say I will go nowhere else!

Cardinal Garden Center provides excellent service!! They took the time to answer all my gardening questions. They also put all my bags of mulch into my car!! They have a nice variety of plants and shrubs. I also enjoyed their resident cat! Great place!!

Local garden center with everything you need. Holiday time it is a quality place to get your tree.

We’ve been going to Cardinal Nursery in Springfield for a few years now for all of our spring and summer plants and shrubs. They are excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. For the past two years now, we started going there for our fresh cut Christmas trees. Amazing selection and same professional manner. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Thank you for helping make our holidays that much brighter. 🌲

I wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to one of my favorite new local businesses.. I tracked down Cardinal garden center after seeing a delivery of beautiful laurel plants arrive at my neighbor’s house while I was out on a walk. I immediately knew I wanted to buy my plants at Cardinal because they were of such obvious high quality. Not only do they have lovely plants, but the staff is helpful, knowledgeable and just basically awesome. I’m new to the northeast so they spent plenty of time discussing my new yard’s many landscaping needs and walking me through their inventory. They also have an excellent selection of pots—much better than the local big box stores. On my first visit they helped me choose two large planters for a pair of enormous Boston ferns along with drainage rocks and top-notch potting soil. I also purchased a gorgeous pair of mums for my front porch and a set of boxwoods to later replace the mums. On a recent visit, I found the most beautiful carving pumpkins and a couple of cute decorative ones. Have you watched the movie “”You’ve Got Mail.” A visit to Cardinal is like stopping by “”The Shop Around the Corner.” You receive plenty of personalized service from a knowledgeable staff.

I stopped by Cardinal this morning and discovered a wonderful selection of Frazier and Balsam Firs. They were very fresh and full. I also picked up a beautiful wreath.

Quick, clean, and efficient chimney work.

The service was great—clean and efficient. The team was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me step by step. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I was referred to them by my plumber. They were prompt, professional, clean, and fairly priced in their chimney cleaning service. I’d use them again, but they did such a nice job that it won’t be necessary!

We are very satisfied with the job performed. We needed an inspection and repair for a leak, as well as a chimney cleaning with a hard brush. The team was efficient, informative, and courteous!

Excellent chimney cleaning service very professional.

A neighbor recommended Aaron Chimney & Ducts Solutions, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Their team was professional, honest, and fair—truly nice people. Their knowledge of old home chimneys is impressive, and they took the time to provide a detailed explanation of the necessary work. I highly recommend them!
