Our business experienced flood damage from Hurricane Ira. We reached out to multiple contractors who were not responsive and didn’t coordinate well together. We then reached out to Christian at A-Grade who promptly visited our site and coordinated multiple contractors seemlessly to assess our mold damage, replace sheet rock, paint, install flooring and furniture. Everyone we came in contact with throughout the process was friendly and professional. We were very happy with the finished work, which was of the highest quality. We would recommend A-Grade to anyone looking for a seemless and professional job with the least amount of stress throughout the process.

A Grade helped my grandpa restore his condo after water damage. We appreciated their ability to work with the insurance company, the quality of the repairs, and especially their responsiveness to all of our questions. Our project manager, Cory, was excellent. My condominium was severely water damaged by a leaking pipe from the unit above me. I interviewed many prospective contractors and found A Grade to be a quality company.

Cory (their representative) was very responsive and proficient in accessing my damages. He dealt on my behalf with the insurance company and got me a much better settlement than they initially offered.

Upon arriving on a final set of specifications of the work to be done, an on site contracting crew was quickly deployed and the work was completed very expeditiously. The work was of high quality and all the workers (especially, Declan the chief, were very professional, competent, and polite. The entire crew was easy to deal with and addressed any additional issues that came up.

On September 1st my life had been turned upside down due to Hurricane Ida. I had literally lost half my home and the contents in it. Thanks to A Grade Restoration, I was able to get my home back better than ever! It was a complete pleasure working with the crew that literally were in contact with me EVERY step of the way. They assisted me with everything from the insurance claim to picking out hardware and everything in between. They were courteous, informative, budget conscious and professional. What could have been an even worse nightmare for me (trying to find a good reliable contractor) was a pleasure. I can't say enough good things about them and this experience. We used A Grade when my grandmother's porch went on fire. They showed up right away and helped us when we needed them the most. Their employees and owner are extremely nice, helpful and professional. They cleaned our house from the smoke and debris and the day of the fire, they had their crew bring in industrial ionized fans to clear out the smoke because my grandmother has health issues and they are helping us rebuild the damaged part of our porch as well as working with our insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Two trees fell onto our house and caused serious damages on the roof due to a storm. Jon from A Grade came in immediately after our request and gave us a very detailed and precise estimate on the repair items. Then they did a fantastic job replacing our entire roof in just two days. They also fixed our internal damages in a timely manner and with incredibly high quality. I would recommend A Grade to any of my friends.

A GRADE Property Solutions was hired by our townhouse community to replace all our decks and siding. They were here last year doing the same and have a multi year contract. They were very neat and professional. Men were very polite and the quality was excellent. My neighbors and I are very happy with the new decks and siding. The owner Christian, or his brother, were here everyday talking with the workers and homeowners. A very well run company.

When I first heard about A Grade and the services they had to offer I thought they sounded to good to be true. Luckily I was completely wrong! A Grade made the loss that occurred in our home such an easy process. Cory, Mike, Matt, & Collin all worked so professionally and made me feel at ease when I felt like our home was falling apart. They were very trustworthy and efficient with getting the job done. Not only did they make our house whole again it looks better than it did before. I cannot thank A Grade enough for all of their efforts and I will definitely be recommending them to others in the future.

If we had to work with anyone else it would be a sin. A Grade came right out, looked over our shed thoroughly found everything needed plus more. The estimate was at a great range for us to repair it. He was very polite, punctual and fast. The estimate was sent in and approved very fast. He also help with getting ahold of the adjuster, making the entire process seem less. Definitely will use them if needed again.

Worked with A Grade after a car backed into my dining room and caused substantial damage. They were great. Andrew spearheaded the effort to get everything fixed and back to like it never happened. He helped with the insurance company and speeding along the process - he's on top of everything and is very responsive. Also did a great job of allaying my fears and calming me down after such an unexpected accident. Highly recommend A Grade.

Christian and his team were incredible. After a storm flooded our basement, they arrived within 12 hours to remove all the heavy items, dry the area, open the walls. They were trustworthy, kind, efficient, and affordable. I highly recommend A Grade Restoration to anyone needing emergent help in their home or business!

I would give A Grade the highest mark. Their work was excellent. They were on time and on top of any thing that had to be done. The team was so responsive, so polite and so helpful. It was a very big job as we had a tree fall on our house during hurricane Ida and we had water damage as well. It was a very big job and I couldn’t be more pleased. I cannot say enough nice things about the team. They left the house in great condition just like it was before the storm. They did little things when I didn’t have to ask and always left the house clean in spite of all the work.
As I said originally, I would recommend them very highly.

Grade A lived up to their name. Nine months ago I was in a very precarious position. My family house had burnt down and I didn’t know where to start. Grade A stepped right in and helped me through the entire process. John and Christian are fantastic. Corey is next level with his professionalism and his attention to detail. I wanted to take my time, because i just didn't want to do a simple review for what this company did.. we had a fire in October of 2024 which internally destroyed a good part of my home, it was a very cold day, and with had no place to go.. Christian the owner and CEO was one of the first people to reach out to us, offering their services, not only did A Grade came thru for us, but they also took care of everything, from finding us a place to stay to dealing with the insurance company in every aspect, and also finalizing the very last details of my home restoration, and have they done an excellent job!!! yes they have!!

On April 26th 2024 3am, my home of 36 years burned to the ground (all due to an accidental non extinguished cigarette) I and my 10 yo dog "Elvis" raced outside, with ABSOLUTELY nothing, but me in my bathrobe, shoeless. Crying on my neighbors steps, I pulled out of my pocket a tissue, realizing that TISSUE was the only thing I owned, literally. After several hours the firemen, police, and the Fire Chief telling me the house was a TOTAL LOSS. Since April 1988 and I was 29yo, that HOME was all I had known. Hopatcong Mayor Marie Galate reached out to me, since she had a "House Fire" herself some years back, and put me in touch with the company that helped her, called, A-Grade property restoration. I was QUITE numb and in shock as well. The RED CROSS helped greatly, with me. I do have many friends and neighbors watching out for me as well. I met with Christian at A-Grade, WHAT had transpired the NEXT several months was truly MIRACULOUS. I'm NOW a 66 yo woman alone on permanent disability "3 Back surgeries over the past 10 yrs" with zero nearby family, most friends deceased. What A-Grade did was take EXCELLENT CARE of a broken SHELL, and slowly bring her BACK. Their STAFF thru the overlooking of Christian, IMMEDIATELY, found me DOG friendly SHELTER, I literally had NOTHING, NO EYE glasses, not any of my 14 daily MEDICATIONS. NO CLOTHES, $$$$. IT was ALL through GOD, these (strangers) at A-GRADE were all caring people, immediately made me feel safe and secure. I was still TERRIFIED of course, but they all were calm, spoke soft and continued to reassure me that I ONLY lost things, not my LIFE or DOG.
I knew 17yrs of CATHOLIC School definitely helped as well !! Slowly days turned to weeks, then months. I wasn't bogged down with any STRESSORS, they dealt with my Home Owners Ins, even spoke to neighbors who had damage due to the Propane Tank blowing up into my neighbor's shed. I cried on and off, mainly worrying about the unknown, but then a WONDERFUL sound OCCURRED, the banging of hammers and nails !!!!!!!
M-G Builders, I renamed Manny's crew and business "MIRACLE FROM GOD" Lovely Hopatcong with all it's ROCK, prevented getting machinery to REMOVE the old small parts of the house that was left , 8-10 men and 2 days of HORRENDOUS hard work. Each man with ONLY BUCKETS, took away the BURNT remnants. Then the FRAMING, ROOFING, SIDING,building STAIRS continued NON STOP. A few HEADACHES with Town inspection, Permits etc...... BUT the FINAL MIRACLE 4/15/2025, We, me and ELVIS moved back HOME, DORI, Frederick, CORY, MG Builders, Manny, Seth, Juan, Santiago, GOD put all these BLESSED people in my LIFE for this PURPOSE. I'm living at the PALACE of BUCKNELL TRAIL, Hopatcong, NJ. thank You ALL !!

6/19/24 Esteban and Jarred came out today to put an outside plug near my patio. They did a great job and were careful with the doors as we have cats and dogs. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Great customer service and quick turnaround! Sergio was able to come by and give me an estimate within a half hour of reaching out.....I lucked out because he was in the area. He gave me an estimate and let me know they could do the work that afternoon. Needless to say I was thrilled, his assistant arrived about an hour later and installed 3 light fixtures....extremely professional! I loved that Sergio called me later that night to see how everything worked out.....highly recommend Surge Electrical!

I have used Surge on multiple occasions and have not been disappointed. I recently used them to replace some light fixtures, and to add some sconces in my living room. Jarred the team leader explained the scope of the work that they would be doing, and the amount of time that it would take. I appreciate that they did their best to keep the cutting of hole to a minimum and keeping the walls neat. Great job and I highly recommend them.
