Since we discovered a water leak a little over a year ago, Restoration One took excellent care of us. We have been able to rely on R1 through insurance issues and neighbors' nightmares. Jay is to be commended for his professionalism and speedy response in stabilizing our damage. Jay was very professional and treated our problems as if they were nothing. He also explained to us the full extent of our insurance rights while removing the damaged. After our job is done, we will update with a full review on their remodel.
