Total Home Cleaning has been effective and easy to work with for many years, and they honored our request for Jasmine to continue to be the person to do our weekly cleaning. I brought Total in to secretly surprise my wife with a home cleaned to a standard I could never meet in my wildest dreams with my own hands and the ladies who came to support that idea did exactly that.

Team One did an excellent job with the deep clean of my kitchen and bathrooms. Aury and Miriam were very respectful and were very thorough. They even cleaned the grease traps without me having to ask. Greatly appreciate the service and would hire again.

Frances from Team 12 at THC did a wonderful job helping us with 2 big holiday dinner parties we hosted 2 nights in a row. We had 18 guests the first night, 9 the second with lots of special dishes. Frances was a huge help, cutting up vegetables and fruit, heating dishes, cleaning the kitchen and serving areas, working tirelessly over the 2 very long nights, always cheerful and professional and calm, no matter how harried I was. We had used other services before, but their focus had been on food prep and not cleaning. We found that our key need was cleaning up afterwards and Frances did a great job, bringing her own supplies, mopping the floor, wiping down counters, cleaning the stove, etc. It was wonderful to end the 2 nights with a sparkling clean kitchen! I don’t know what we would have done without her!

This service is the best cleaning service. Thr ladies really care about their cleaning. The seem to find all of the dust and fingerprints in my apartment. They are totally reliable. Their pricing is extremely fair and they take good care with my 2 cats. I totally recommend this company. So glad I found them. 100% for Jasmine and team #8. Thanks for such a great job

The most professional, communicative, and thorough cleaning company I’ve ever had cleaning my home. It’s easy to see that the organization values their employees who are full-time and have benefits, they’ve been around for 20 years, and they run the cleanings and the scheduling in the most seamless and organized way. My team, team 10 of Elva and Luisa, are incredibly thoughtful. They always, always start with my office, anticipating that I have meetings during the window when they're here. I can't get over what a great job they do, and the organic orange cleaner that Total Home Cleaning uses makes my house smell amazing and makes me feel so good about the organic products and attention to detail this company gives. The service is organized, efficient, thorough, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Often we have additional space that needs to be cleaned, or service reschedules, and the answer is always yes. We have worked directly with the owner, Inez, and much of her staff over the years, and they have all been accommodating, pleasant, and easily accessible. Total Home Cleaning is a Total Home Run, and we highly recommend the service and staff.

Excellent service! Could not recommend this team more. We just moved into our home and into the area so we weren't sure about using a cleaning company. I am SO glad I did. The team (Araselis team) was so friendly and attentive. The work is impressive and so detailed. The biggest bonus was that they knew how to release a tub stopper that had been jammed in our bathroom since we moved in. They saved me a call to a plumber and left the tub spotless and shiny. Could not be happier with their service.

The work done was very good, but the final charged price was 100.00 more than the Estimate and I have a 1 bedroom apartment! I get it, they can only estimate because they don't know what your house looks like, but I did not expect it to be that much more. I did get a deep clean, but my place wasn't that dirty or cluttered. I am very hesitant to schedule another cleaning. I think I'll shop around a bit.

The cleaning itself is good but a little bit inconsistent. You don’t always get the same crew so sometimes they’ll miss a spot because they are new to your home. There’s usually one person who is the same but the other two may be different. But you do get 2-3 ladies at a time which makes the cleaning pretty quick.
5 stars for flexibility and scheduling options. Many places won’t accommodate a change in schedule like this business. They are also very good with customer service, their response time and overall customer etiquette is top-notch. I worked with cleaning services that don’t return your calls. These folks are on it and always answer. Are always there to help.

Myrna and Silvia did a fantastic deep clean on my home. It looks absolutely spotless. They were conscientious, kind, and asked specific questions when needed. I was delighted with the way it turned out and can’t wait to have them back in two weeks!

Took a break from a service but when it was time to go back I hired Total Home. Team 3 was incredible. In the initial deep clean I was absolutely thrilled. My house as has never looked better. I also added the interior window cleaning, oven and refrigerator.

Wow! I want to give them 10 stars! Team 3 moved in first thing in the morning with everything they needed -- even knee pads -- and got to work systematically cleaning my home from top to bottom for a massive deep clean. Grout grime gone. Ovens like new. Fridge fabulous. The whole place squeaky clean :) They took my old house and made it new again. Truly a cut above. Highly recommend!

Very good cleaning service , they deep cleaned the entire house they were three of them so it took 3-4 hours only .Our family loved the services

What I waste of $300
The worst cleaning service ever. I had nothing in my apartment so I thought that being that its empty that should have made the job easy for the workers I stepped out came back everything look shinny. But to see all they did was spray and did a quick wipe down. Once everything completely dried I seen nothing but cobwebs on the doors, dead bugs in the corners, cabinets was not clean fully, and bathroom window with cob webs and dead bugs still. Plus more.
Then when they came back I didn't even want a full clean I give them some simple stuff that I wanted them to clean but they couldn't even do that then they tell me the cabinets just look that way and it couldn't be cleaned off meanwhile a simple spray of bleach cleaned it right off. Not only did I waste money on this service I had to go back to clean what they didn't clean up the first time. I would definitely not recommend.

I love Jersey Green Cleaning!!! They were very responsive, polite, and professional. The ladies that came to my house did such an excellent job & they worked relatively fast. Super impressive!!!! Highly Recommended.
