We have used Total Home Cleaning, and specifically Team 5 for several years now and could not be happier with the service. The team (and others who sometimes join them) are always friendly, professional and do a fantastic job. They arrive on time, are efficient and very thorough. We have a large family of six and kids are often coming and going from college and their lives outside the home. The team are always on top of things and know just where to clean after we've had visitors. Top marks from our family for Total Home Cleaning and Team 5.

We have been working with Total Home Cleaning (specifically, Kelly and her team) since moving in to our new house in November and have been very happy with the service! We started with a thorough post-renovation deep cleaning and have had bi-weekly service since then. I especially appreciate the clear communication from both the office and Kelly, the opportunity to get to work with the same team on a regular basis, and their constant outreach for feedback. Kelly and her team are always on time and very thorough with their cleaning.

Wanted to say how pleased we are with Total Home Cleaning, especially Team 4. We really appreciate that the team is friendly and punctual and that we get the same people who know our household. The office staff is also great about any rescheduling or household preferences. Definitely recommend.

This is the best cleaning service I ever used. I can't express the joy I feel entering my house after they've been there. The cleaners were efficient and thorough and Inez was attune to my every need. They were so good, I signed them up on a regular basis. And the cost is very reasonable. Great job!

The office staff is very responsive and try to accommodate any changes. I have been working with THC for 3 years. As a family of 2 working parents, 2 young children, and 1 dog, you can imagine the cleaning that is required to maintain our home! Cinthia and Team 3 are fantastic. Always on time, always asking if there is anything specific they can address. From time-to-time we add rooms to our biweekly cleaning and there is never any problem. As I am usually not home when the team cleans, they will leave a note if anything specific has been addressed (cobwebs, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc). Seasonally, they have even gone above and beyond to clean and sweep our garage!!! What a treat! I love that there is a personal touch and even when I'm not home, there is communication. They are the best - I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Top notch! <3

I have been using THC for over ten years at two different houses and they have always done a great job! We have been using them again since we moved in 2020 and our house is not easy to clean and we have a big dog and I am very particular. Their prices are competitive and they bring all of the equipment and cleaning supplies with them, which is great! Cinthia with her team (team 3) always does an amazing job and they are always courteous, friendly and careful when they are cleaning. The house is spotless after they clean and it smells fresh, and I appreciate that they are using safe, non-toxic cleaners. Their scheduling staff is also amazing and responsive, and they are always flexible and accommodating if I need to cancel or reschedule my cleaning. I highly recommend them!

Really enjoying this cleaning company & Frances is absolutely amazing! She puts the fresh sheets on the bed so well that it seems like they have been ironed. Clothes are folded perfectly and she leaves our home spotless every week. She is also very mindful of our cats and I am never concerned they would sneak past her outside! 11/10 every time.

THC provides outstanding service. Team 1 has cleaned my house 3 times so far and has been excellent every time. When they finish, the kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling. Floors are vacuumed and washed in every room. There’s not a speck of dust anywhere. I highly recommend this company and this team!

Total Home Cleaning is very reliable and thorough and I am always happy with their service. They clean every other week for my family. Their general cleaning is beyond satisfactory and I also love that they rotate their area of focus during each cleaning service to address a specific area of detail (I.e. base moldings, cabinets faces, light fixtures, ceilings fans, etc.).
