Not sure what the bad review is about.. I have used these guys multiple times for area and wall-to-wall service. They provide a thorough, friendly cleaning with no hassle and reasonable prices. The owner Gary is professional and personable and ensures the job is done right!

We had two upholstered recliners and a leather sofa cleaned by O'Neill and Sons this morning. While I seldom write reviews, the work merited a mention. The service was beyond and above expectations. One of the chairs is an old piece of furniture that I keep for sentimental value. The care and cleaning was wonderful and I am so happy that I can keep it in our home. I highly recommend O'Neill and Sons and would use them again if the need arises.

When my husband and I had our carpets put in, we unfortunately used home depot and over the past two years it bubbled in almost every room. I called Gary to see if he could help or if it was time to redo the upstairs. In an hour and half he had my carpets looking brand new! They were stretched and re-tacked down and they look perfect. It was easy to schedule, he was on-time, precise and had a wonderful demeanor. I highly recommend calling them for an honest fair job. Thank you so much Gary!

Gary and his son are THE best. They’re courteous, fair, stand by their product (which is great btw!), and do right by the customer. I called in a panic after thinking one of my light colored chairs had been ruined by a stain, and Gary showed up the same day and fixed it! Gary always does a great job on my carpets. I’ve used his service for a few years now and I’m always happy with the results. The carpets dry fast and there isn’t an odor. Not the cheapest but the best.

O’Neill and Sons was recommended to me by a friend after having had a poor experience with a different company that left my couch streaky and dirtier than before they came. Gary and his son Ryan came and cleaned the couch restoring it basically to its original condition when purchased. It looks SO much better and is no longer stiff and streaky. They also spot treated a spot of something that looked like oil on my hallway runner carpet that I assumed would never come out. It now looks brand new again. They were punctual, efficient, and all around nice people. Would highly recommend!

We moved into our home that has beautiful porcelain tiles throughout the first floor. The dirt must have been ground in because after Jim did a two step process, plus all grout lines, the sliding glass door track, every corner and edge, they look brand new! Had a massive pet accident issue on my hands. Two wall to wall carpets badly stained. Called at 9am and Jim Davis was here by 10:30am. Worked hard carefully treating the stains, deodorizing and drying carpets. Perfect. Like brand new. Jim is nice, professional and reasonably priced.
