Jim did an excellent job and was able to remove stubborn stains from my carpet. I was about to get rid of the rug and get hardwood floors, but the rug looks fantastic. I saved thousands of dollars on hardwood floors. The rug looks brand new. Jim is super personable, professional and a hard worker. He is going to clean the rug on an annual basis to maintain the freshness. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone looking for an excellent job!

Jim cleaned our area rug and we couldn’t be more impressed. With a dog and two toddlers our rug has been through it all. Our rug looks brand new after he cleaned it. He saved us by coming the same evening we called, even with it being the week of a holiday. So grateful!!!

Jim was able to get some very old stains out of a very light colored carpet in our basement. No chemical smells. In and out in 3 hours. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I requested an appointment late Wednesday night and they were able to come Friday morning. The booking process was so easy and I received the name and picture of the gentleman coming. Pablo and his crew were right on time and he walked through and explained what they would be doing, as well as answering my questions. Everything was handled with the utmost care. My carpeting, which I had assumed was somewhat beyond help, looks and smells new (it’s at least 10 years old) and my sectional looks brand new. Pablo and the guys are miracle workers and did such an amazing job. Looking forward to being on a schedule with results like this.

Excellent service, Peter and Pablo were great. I was able to book for the next day. Had the basement carpets cleaned, previous home owners had dogs. Within two hours the entire basement and stairs were looking great!

Responsive communication and were able to accommodate two schedule changes I needed due to other work going on in the home that was delayed. Overall great experience .. would definitely use them again. Carpets look great and appreciated their thorough treatment of impacted pet areas.

Pablo and his team did a great job today cleaning our pool cushions and outdoor furniture. They came on time , cleaned up after themselves , were very helpful with everything bringing out from the basement and just did a very nice job . I recommend this company and we will definitely use them again .

I couldn’t be happier with the results from Pro-Carpet Care . They were prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. My couch & carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a while but now looks brand new and smell fresh.
