I’ve lived here for about a year and when I walked in I kid you not it was cleaner then the day I actually moved in. These ladies did absolutely AMAZING and I’m so grateful. As long as I live in the area they provide their services I will be requesting them. They are so detailed and didn’t rush at all which I appreciate the most.

I had such high hopes when hiring KJ Aquinos to clean my apartment because of the professional nature in the way they answered my initial call and how they set up everything. That is where it all stopped unfortunately. My first “Deep Clean” for $200 mind you, was a joke. The areas that I was told were going to be cleaned were left in same state as before they came in. They left my curtains and blinds all over the place, they barely cleaned anything and When I brought this to the attention of Wendy (supervisor) she said next time I would get a discount. I reluctantly agreed so the next clean was around $50. So by now I am at $250 and that time the cleaning was better but still left my things all over the place when they dusted and yet again my blinds and curtains were all over the place. Its not a hard rule. Put things back where they were when you clean. Or am I crazy. This cleaning was subpar as well but like I said better than the first. I thought OK. Ill give them another chance and see. Now my standard fee for my appartment is about $100 bi weekly so my next clean was scheduled for the other day. I happen to be working from home that day so I asked to reschedule which I was told would not be an issue. Wrong! They agreed to reschedule as long as I paid extra! Im sorry. This cleaning company is a rip off for 1 and they are not in the business of client satisfaction. I would never use them again and I recommend you do not as well. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because the cleaning service is decent. Everything else is a solid 1. Use at your own discretion.

We,ve been using this cleaning service for years . They are great , diligent and thorough . We decided to try window cleaning outside and rug cleaning . Wow is all I can say . Spotless windows . Rugs treated and cleaned so well . I can’t recommend enough ! You can’t go wrong !

Fantastic service we’ve used since we moved to maplewood. Wendy, carol, Victor, and the whole staff are top notch professionals, always deliver a great product and are always transparent of anything went wrong (a cracked mug or something). Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company came to my house today for a deep clean and one of the women turned my oven up to 350 and sprayed the oven cleaner directly into the hot oven which then vaporized into a toxic white smoke that filled my house triggering our fire alarm and made us all (at least 8 adults) cough horrifically and exposed my 2 young children (5 yo and 4 months) to toxic chemicals. I had to call Poison control because the chemicals in the spray she used were poisonous if inhaled. The level of negligence is astounding. The owner tried to pin it on the one employee, but where is the training on how to use hazardous chemicals? Why anew you even using this stuff? The only positive thing I can say is they refunded me when I asked but the risk to my family especially my kids health was not worth it. Please avoid this company at all costs.

I am so happy with the service! Had the deep clean service today. When I came home and opened the door 4 hours later after the cleaning, I was welcomed by this wonderful clean smell. Made my day.

KJ Aquinos cleaners are incredible. In covid times, they send the same team weekly, wear masks, etc. however, the quality of the cleaning is the best we’ve ever had. The level of expertise on how to treat all surfaces, rooms, fabrics is unlike any I have ever experienced. They are also very careful with fragile items. We highly recommend.
