The technician explained everything clearly, including the rug cleaning process, timing, and care instructions. After agreeing to the quote, they moved all furniture and transported the rugs. They brought them back after 8 days and helped place them exactly as I asked. Every rug came back looking fresh and revived. Their service exceeded my expectations in every way.

They cleaned the ventilation system , removed the filter,
promised to come next day and change it, but never came... Not professional.
