We used them to clean the ducts and vents and were incredibly happy. They were thorough and honest and we felt the difference in the air quality after. Reasonable and professional. Isaias was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. I had called months in advance for a dry vent line cleaning. They called me a day before my appointment date and asked if I was able to get my vent line cleaned then because they were in the area. I told them I was at work and unable to but would be available the next day, which was the original appointed date. They told me ok we will see you tomorrow. The following day they never showed up nor did they contact me. I tried calling them multiple times and they ignored my calls.

Extremely unprofessional. They broke my gas fireplace and refused to come and even take a look. It worked perfectly all year before their "cleaning" and now does not stay on for more than 5 minutes. Owner on the phone refused to acknowledge the possibility of his guys doing anything wrong. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had been using this company since last year for gutter cleaning, Jose did a wonderful job, not only clean the gutters, make sure the downspout is clean, also check the underground drainage. He found a broken underground pipe for me and install new PVC pipe per my request. Overall very happy with the service, price also reasonable. I will definitely recommend to my friends. My gutters have been clogged for quite some time, but I wanted to clear them since my garage started getting water after every storm. When an incoming storm was approaching, I contacted JAM and they came same day. They did a rush cleaning for me and continued working to complete even when it started pouring. Jose and partner did a wonderful job. I will definitely be contacting them in the near future for this and other jobs.

Jose' and his helper did a fantastic job cleaning my windows and screens.
He unclogged and cleaned by gutters, like new. I have Gutter Helmet installed over 25 years ago and they needed to be cleaned. It was not a problem for them to clean them.
Their pricing was much lower than the big name gutter cleaners.
They are my go to cleaning service.

I sourced a number of estimates for gutter cleaning. Jose provided the best rate with the highest quality. Jose and his crew did an excellent job cleaning and flushing our gutters. We found an issue with one of the gutters to which Jose came back a second time to repair at no additional cost. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend!
