Really loved this service! They cleaned spots I didnt even expect them to. Organized areas that I just couldnt fix. Got mold off my bathroom ceiling that Ive been begging my management to remove! Would definitely recommend & cant wait to use them again

Ive booked their services 3 times and they’ve only been here once because they are super unreliable. The first time I booked a cleaning for $130 & they were a no-show & I had to reach out to them & ask if they were coming. They told me that I hadn’t confirmed, even though I was new to their business and confirming was not made clear. So basically I had to reach out to figure it out and ask for my refund. The second time, they actually showed up (a little late) and did a good job. I booked them again for December 30th at 9 am. They sent me an email confirming that same morning. Then 55 minutes before they were supposed to come, they cancelled my appointment without notice. Until now, they still haven’t reached out and explained why my appointment was cancelled less than an hour before they were supposed to come. Book at your own risk.

We used Logan Cleaning Service for multiple locations and spent many months trying to resolve billing issues involving duplicate charges.
The company ultimately acknowledged in writing that several charges were duplicates caused by a system error and that a refund was owed.
However, despite extensive follow‑up and repeated attempts to resolve the matter amicably, repayment has still not occurred, and communication has repeatedly stalled.
Based on our experience, billing accuracy and follow‑through on acknowledged issues were a significant concern.
