Jim Moscone is a fixture in the bergen County area. He and his men and knowledgeable, accessible and fair. They do excellent work and stand behind everything they do. They are a one call kind of place.

This is the second time we have used this company and can say they are great! The work is professional and the prices are fair. They have installed a new deck mounted roman faucet, Toto bidet toilet, and sump pump.

Let me say one thing - NO ONE ELSE— Eileen is not only great - she cares and is honest. She knew I was away from home, and on the second call even said to me, drive home safe!! In this time we are in, she not only told me that all the employees were Corona free and not quarantined, but explained precisely what the employee would do when they entered the home. If we wanted, the technician would knock and go straight into the bathroom and fix the issue and if we wanted to avoid contact, we could pay lateR let by phone. I NEVER LEAVE COMMENTS. Don’t go anywhere else!! This company just cares! In the environment we are in today, the fact they are essential, and it’s not the work but just want to make sure everyone is safe —boggles my mind!! I will never go anywhere else. PERIOD.

You rarely find businesses like Jim Moscone Plumbing and Heating anymore. Old school hospitality, passion and expertise in the trade. Never thought it would be a pleasure to have an issue with my boiler on Easter Weekend. Juan and Jim saved the day. You want these guys on your side!

I had to wait 5 days for a toilet. It was horrible. Then the instalation was almost caulked, until I saw a rust stain around the base. The installer should have let me know there was a stain. Cost me 1,0069$ the toilet cost me over 600$and they charge 265$per hour. Way too expensive.

Amazing work! I had 3 different professionals try to fix my leaky a/c issue and no one could do it until I got John from Moscone. So happy we found them! Highly recommended

Jim & his team were everything I could’ve asked for and more. I had to replace my main sewer line that was backing up into my basement. It required a lot of digging and a huge tree had to come down to do the job. Many others refused to touch any part of it. It caused me so much stress and anxiety until my brother found Jim! Jim helped me find someone who could remove the huge tree root so he & his team could replace my sewer line. I can’t explain the burden that’s been lifted thanks to Jim & his team! These words still don’t do him justice. Thank you Jim! You and your team are definitely who I’ll turn to for any plumbing & heating needs without a doubt. I highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Called in hot water heater emergency on a Saturday. Moscone says - "hey we can't get there until Monday. We are tied up with AC emergencies." Me. "No problem. We can hold out with cold showers until Monday". Moscone - "we will call you Monday re time for appointment". Monday morning - "that's kind of far for us - we don't really service that area...." Seriously....?

Very disappointed with his service. Left my shower in bad condition without fixing it. Calles me up on Monday saying we got your parts & will take care of your bathroom shower on Friday between 2-8pm. He calls me at 3pm on Friday 8th December 2023 & tells me we don't have your parts we will come next week on Thursday 14th December 2023. I cancelled my personal appointment on 8th December 2023 and was waiting for him. Why would he call me on Monday & tells me I have your parts & we will come & fix it on Friday, 8th December 2023 when he don't have parts. Why he is lying like this.

I had an emergency late evening with a leaking sewer pipe causing an awful mess in my basement. Jim came by in the early morning hours of the night and took care of the problem. Moscone Plumbing always comes through for me with all repairs, big or small.

Steven from J&C Plumbing called up Jimmy Moscone when he ran into an issue trying to snake the main line pipe going out to the sewer. We knew right away we had someone we could trust to do the job right the first time. Jimmy, a veteran of 42 years in the plumbing biz, had his team dig 4 feet down near my garage and fix the broken pipe issue in just one day. They covered up the hole that was dug up very cleanly and evenly with concrete. I will always be calling Jimmy for any future plumbing issues. Thank you very much!

We had four plumbing problems when we woke up and none when we went to bed! A waste pipe was leaking under our slop sink, the turn-off for our hot water would just spin and not turn off the water, the hot and cold water turn-off under our kitchen sink needed new valves and we needed a new kitchen faucet installed, and we needed a new compressor fan motor for our air conditioning system. Everything was done quickly, professionally, safely and well. You couldn’t ask for a more personable group of technicians! Don’t hesitate to call Jim Moscone when you need a plumber or HVAC expert!

We've called Jim Moscone Plumbing several times over the past 6 months for small issues in our home. When they've done the work, the plumbers themselves were professional and the prices seemed fair.

The issue is that in that time I have called them 4 times to do work. Out of those four, they have no-showed on me twice and most recently without as much as a phone call to let me know they weren't going to come.

This most recent time was for a pipe that was intermittently freeing. When I called to let them know the response was "you should call an electrician". Well, Andy, that would have been great to know when I called you to make the appointment that I took off time work for.

If you need work done in an emergency that's fairly priced, I'm sure you'll be fine. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
