They installed a whole house water filter and a garbage disposal on two different occasions. Both started leaking 6-8 months after the installation (this is a new construction so the pipes are new). In both cases, they wouldn't take responsibility for the quality of their work (the first time I paid them $350 to have the work done properly, the second time I am just taking my business elsewhere). With the whole house filter, the situation was even worse. The first time they connected it they didn't bypass the sprinklers... We were basically churning through our filter. Such a basic thing...

On the positive side, they are nice and polite.

They are the best!!! We had two techs at the house fixing stuff and they were awesome. Worked fast and efficiently. We had another issue and Jimmy himself came to help us. He got it fixed in minutes and is the nicest guy. Use these guys for all your plumbing and heating!!

Jim and his staff have been amazing. He saved us when we had no heat on a cold winter day and again when we had no AC on a hot summer day. The office made scheduling easy and followed up with a call to let us know when someone was coming. They came promptly and were quick to respond. They were professional and trustworthy, fixed our heat and AC problems, and the charges were reasonable. I would highly recommend Moscone Plumbing.

Jim saved me last night! My radiator started spraying water at about 12:30am. I called about 5 different “24 hour” plumbers near me, none of whom picked up the phone. Fortunately Jim did. He was further away, but said he would come out if I needed him to. But first he told me to try an old school trick of sticking a pencil in the part of the radiator that was spewing out water, allowing the wood to expand and stop the leakage. I didn’t have a pencil, but used an old flower stem that I had, and it did the job. Saved my night and my apt, and allowed me to sleep until I could contact building management in the morning. I’m definitely glad he picked up the phone.

Would use again, on any project. Omar gave me a quote and stuck to it.
