My experience at this place was simply lovely. I found what I was looking for and every time I go to that place they have what I need. In general terms, I highly recommend it.
Went to buy some things I saw online. It was extremely crowded and hard to navigate through the aisles. The prices are what brought me to that war zone so I stood online and waited for at least 15 min to check out. Probably order online next time.
His name is Alex. The one on the phone. Who told me they were out of propane gas tanks with no knowledge of them actually having a bunch outside. Who made me wait on the lines twice on a Sunday evening. Maybe it was the inventory system he didnt check before informing me that is at fault. Or maybe he did check it before. But it was him who sent his colleague who has never done an propane exchange. Hmm.. was it because he was busy on his phone? Maybe to avoid the uncomfortable situation of admitting he was wrong and not checking before charging me after informing him that they had a few after checking the rack myself? Who knows. But here is your two stars and now you know why.
