    I was disappointed to find out that the sales representatives of True Green had sold me a completely different scenario than what the actual reality was. It was only after the technician arrived and provided an honest assessment that the situation became clear. In my opinion, True Green should reconsider outsourcing their sales representatives since it seems to incentivize them to provide inaccurate information just to make a quick sale and earn a commission. Such practice is detrimental to the company's reputation and overall business. Nevertheless, I must say that the technician who visited my home did an exceptional job, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their work.
