I wish every company I deal with was as customer focused as you folks are. The icing on my cake is that when I have a question for the technician who services my property - I get an educated answer!

I was disappointed to find out that the sales representatives of True Green had sold me a completely different scenario than what the actual reality was. It was only after the technician arrived and provided an honest assessment that the situation became clear. In my opinion, True Green should reconsider outsourcing their sales representatives since it seems to incentivize them to provide inaccurate information just to make a quick sale and earn a commission. Such practice is detrimental to the company's reputation and overall business. Nevertheless, I must say that the technician who visited my home did an exceptional job, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their work.

Our lawn looks better and better each year since we contracted with TruGreen. Fertilization, weed control, aeration and seeding gives us one of the most robust, green, thick lawns on our street!

They continued to send out technicians inspite of asking them not to service my lawn because it was turning brown. They would send techs out without anyone being home. TruGreen ended up killing my lawn and when I disputed my bill they trued to send it to collections. They never sent out anyone to address the issue like they said they were going to. I’ll never use a big franchise type of company again. It’s all the same. They yes you to death but nothing gets rectified and they continue to charge you.

We used Tree Green for about 5 years now. My husband used to do all our lawn maintenance but has lost interest in it since he retired. We are happy with our lawn care since True Green took over. Lawn looks great! Great customer service too.
