I have used Gladys and her team for more than 12 years through 3 residences. They are thorough, on time and most importantly I trust them explicitly in my home. Any time I need to make a schedule change or have a question, I get an immediate response. Thank you so much for excellent service!

I have employed the services of Gladys Cleaning Service for years. Usually I am at work when they do their work, but during the pandemic I got to see them work. The before/after difference is stark and stunning. They are talented in doing little things in a colorful, professional way. They clean things I never thought would be included, and set everything up like it is a showroom.

They are honest, hard working and attentive to detail. Kudos to Gladys for her training, and employing people who are proud of their profession.

I will never move from my condo unless they service wherever I am moving to.

Glady's Cleaning service help me to clean our house twice this month, during the period of time that my wife and daughters travel for the summer. My wife biggest concern was the way that I keep the house, Glady's and her team came on time, they did a fantastic job and I feel confident that my wife will feel a relief when she arrives and find out that everything looks good.
They are detail oriented, very meticulous an take their time to make sure that they clean everything.

Kennedy and his son installed a big chandelier and 3 other light fixtures in my house. They did an amazing job. They were professional and very friendly. The pricing was exceptional and way cheaper than any other electrician wanted from me. Definitely will hire Glady’s cleaning service again.

I had my home cleaned by the ladies from Gladys' Cleaning Services today and I have to say that the ladies were courteous, professional, cordial and polite. The other lady who had dropped them off and picked them up was very nice and very warm as well! They deserve 6 stars!

Gladys's staff is thorough and careful. They adapted well to having us working at home while they cleaned--they are respectful of making noise when we are on calls. We have stayed with her team for many years, even through some periods of our unemployment and the pandemic, we have referred them to friends, and we asked her to keep us as clients when we moved to another town. We asked them to do a final cleaning in our old apartment and our landlord was impressed--the landlord returned the entire security deposit because it was so spotless! Gladys knows our apartment well and take good care of us.

Gladys' cleaning service did an amazing job with my disastrous house! We had moved 2 years ago and never did an initial deep clean + filled the house with 2 toddlers and all their things. Gladys was so understanding and helpful. She gave us a great rate. I compared her company with other Linden cleaning services and I was happy to use some of the money I saved to give the ladies a decent tip for their work. Really fast and they did such a great job! I've used Glady's Cleaning service for some time now. Right now I have an injured back so they're doing the heavy cleaning for me. I've used them for full service and deep cleaning and will be requesting a deep cleaning after the holidays. Their deep cleaning is amazing. They will leave your home spotless and smelling wonderful! They've been flexible with me about the cleaners that they use so my asthma doesn't get aggravated. The ladies come in and get right to work. They are careful with your belongings. After upgrading our master suit I called and they wanted to visit for quote - they Didn’t come on time for initial job assessment.

Not much flexibility! The crew never showedon 2 hrs arrival window - had to reschedule same day because they didn’t want to cancel.

Disturbing my schedules but greeting 2 people in but once I left they buzzed more people in without owners clearance! They bypassed the security doorman and enter my unit and ‘hanging’ out in my livingroom!!

One lady was siting on my designer marble side table! I called out on it. Gladys says we should cancel but before I can answer - her crew took off!!! When I called her in shock she simply said they are DONE.

Cancel and Done is not the same!

30mins of nightmare. When I told Gladys I don’t need her service anymore siting the reasons above - she told me I have never used housekeeping before and call the police and report her if I felt uncomfortable. Instead of apologizing
I got this in text. How do you run housekeeping service ??? Who would want to open home to these guys?

She also charged me for this nightmare which I gladly paid so I have full right to share this horrible nightmare and make sure I save fellow busy moms from this experience.

I had the pleasure of hiring Gladys' Cleaning Service to conduct a deep clean of my home and they did an amazing job. The house looks so good and smells so clean and fresh.
