Absolutely FANTASTIC work by the cleaner!! She took the time to dust everywhere and clean even the things I hadn’t thought about like our fan! Our oven looks like new again and the bathroom is spotless. I absolutely couldn’t be happier with the service I got today. I will definitely be using this service again in the future! Highly recommend 10/10

Extremely hard workers providing a high quality service at a great value which is hard to find. I would highly recommend using this company over any others I have dealt with in my area in North Jersey. Well organized professional English speaking management, with on-time hard working polite bilingual staff who are grateful for the opportunity to earn your business and happy to do their job well. Please don’t forget to tip the workers that come to your home well. When I did they were so grateful it made me wonder if other people were not doing the same. I will be using this company again!!

I had my house power-washed by safeClean and this is the second project that I had arranged with them. I found them very professional, punctual, and easy to work with. For power washing, they usually don't remove the screen but I insisted to get the windows cleaned if I remove the screens myself and later put them back. They agreed and completed the job perfectly. I would highly recommend this team for inside house cleaning, as well as exterior power wash.

I used a SafeClean Solutions many times . They’re professional and provide great service. I recently had a deep cleaning for a move out . The house was a mess and they brought it back to life. I am beyond please with their service and will use them again.

My townhouse was still partially under renovation and I was having guests over. I was really in a bind. Safe clean responses quickly and was able to help me!
I was a little disappointed that only one cleaning person arrived. However she was super fast and did a great job.

Normally it takes me 6 hours to clean my home. She took about the same. At the end she had help when 3 more clean persons arrived to tackle the worse room in my home!

My son’s room was a disaster- garbage dirty clothing all over and I helped out as well removing all dirty clothes into a large black garbage bag!

They took out about 2 large bags of garbage from his room. Kudos to an organized fast team of women!!! 👏💪

I was a little disappointed with my floors. The next morning I had to get up early to vacuum and do them over. That’s just me as I am very OCD when it comes to feel stuff under my feet.

Overall I would use this service again.

I usually don't write reviews, but I couldn't help but share my experience with Safe Clean. Their work was truly outstanding. Even days after the cleaning, I'm still amazed by the attention to detail – from doors and fans to inside cabinets. I highly recommend this company; their service is worth every penny. The dedication and effort they put into my deep cleaning are truly exceptional.

I have used this company for a deep clean service three times (Feb 2023, July 2023, and February 2024). The first two times I booked with this company I was really satisfied with the service; the cleaners were professional and completed a thorough job. The last time I was disappointed. I booked a cleaning for 9am but the cleaner did not come out until 12pm because the company stated they forgot to confirm the night before. The cleaner was not able to finish deep cleaning; did not mop living room and dining room floors, did not clean out the fridge, did not wipe downstairs windows, blinds and window sills, did not dust or wipe coffee and bar cart, and did not vacuum living room carpet. The cleaner was the best cleaner we have had and very thorough but she did not have time to finish the clean. I contacted the company and their customer service response was unprofessional and did not take any accountability for sending a cleaner 3 hours later than scheduled. Every other deep clean they have sent two cleaners however, they only sent one for this clean. When the cleaner arrived, I contacted the company and expressed my concerns that she wouldn’t be able to finish in time as previous cleaners have taken 7 hours to finish. The company told me not to worry as I would get the same service and that they charge more for two cleaners. Very disappointed with my last experience, especially with their customer service.

Contacted them from out of town, to Have them go out to clean my mothers place as some health issues had kept the place from having a good clean in quite some team. They did a great job and my mother tends to have some anxiety with new situations (she'd never had a professional cleaning before) so I was a little nervous to how it would all play out, as I was not there. But both women who came were very sweet and she felt at ease with the whole situation. So, much appreciated! (My mother told her friend about them, and her friend now plans to use them as well!)

I can’t say enough good things about the Safe Clean team and owner Roland.

They were flexible enough to meet me on the day of, and after their normal business hours to help with an emergency.

I came home from a 2 week vacation-13 hour travel day, to a post construction flooring demo gone wrong. Dust, debris, and items all over my apartment. My day couldn’t have started any worse, but couldn’t have ended any better because of Safe Clean.

With a back injury I am unable to deep clean my home. SafeClean Solutions came to the rescue. They sent a team that was great the best cleaners I've, so nice, and somehow managed to do the work quickly and so quietly my yorkie never even realized they were there!

I've tried other services. Many over the years. They are hands down the best and the only ones I will be calling from now on. My house looks and smells amazing for the Holidays! They not only cleaned every nook and cranny but left my fridge more organized and my bathrooms looking like a luxury hotel complete with flowers on the tp!

3.5 at best i paid for deep cleaning and in my opinion i got a standard cleaning. My main priority with this clean job was the kitchen and the floor and i requested for the floor to be mop twice but they told me they did it but there's dirty spots everywhere. I feel terrible that I paid for a service and i still have to clean my house after they cleaned. Dont get me wrong they organized very well but the attention to detail was not there there were too many missing opportunities. I dont think I'll return as customer. The cleaners were super nice and the manager offer for them to come back but they were using the same racks to clean and that not scrubbing there was no point for me to waste my time or theirs.

Their Moroccan rug cleaning service exceeded my expectations. My wool rug had a strong odor and visible dirt buildup. After cleaning, it came back completely fresh, soft, and clean. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end.

My woven Turkish Kilim had years of dust buildup and stains from foot traffic. This company handled the Turkish rug cleaning carefully and even repaired a loose corner before returning it. I appreciated that they use a factory cleaning process instead of just surface cleaning. The rug came back looking brighter and much cleaner overall.
