We have used their services for many years. Whether we are home or not they come and do their work consistently well. On an occasion they damaged something and upon my complaint they sent a man to make the repair; an unusual extra for a maid service.

The team is FABULOUS, especially Nakiya Ferguson!!! I couldn’t ask for a better service, they take their time and my house is always sparkling clean when they’re done. I highly recommend the Maids Of Union!

They do an excellent job. They always ask me to check everything before they leave to be sure, I am satisfied. I have asked for and get the same crew every two weeks. This way I don’t have to explain any special tasks I have. They even do some things that I haven’t asked, or have forgotten to tell them to do. I am quite pleased with this service.

Have been using THE MAIDS for about 15 years! Love them! They are thorough, responsive, polite, work well as a team, and follow up with any thing they might have missed - which is rare!

Very disappointed. I should have read the reviews about how unreliable they have become. While corresponding back and forth in an email last week, we came to an agreement on a day and time along with all I needed to be done in my home. Thinking I was all set for my cleaning, I call today to confirm the appt with my credit card and I'm told they are no longer available that day and its first come, first serve. Nowhere in the email did it mention you needed to call back with your card information or you will be cancelled.

I am extremely pleased with The Maids, in particular Inguid and her team. They are courteous, thorough, and efficient. They find corners of my home that need cleaning that I didn't even know needed cleaning.

I’ve been using The Maids service for almost two years and I’m very happy with their personnel and services.

Actually, I prefer the same service persons rather than different ones. (And no more than three persons a visit.) They are used to your preferences and cleaning instructions. Also, I'd prefer providing the cleaning supplies then I'd know the quality, content of each product and directions for use. So, in the future, I'll probably be looking for a service that can meet these needs; and I think that should give a list of their current supplies/products to each customer presently.

The maids always arrive when expected and seem to be concerned about doing a good job. They always do a thorough cleaning, but are also very efficient. When they leave, it smells so fresh and clean. Everyone is always professional, caring, and pleasant.

Absolutely love, love,love these Maids!!! Always on time, no glitches, always accommodating, made my house sparkle for Christmas this past year. The Maids crew is very thorough, friendly, and sure to meet our concerns. If they miss something they resolve it immediately and they make sure before they leave that we are satisfied. I highly recommend their service and this is a situation where you get what you pay for!

This was my first time using a cleaning service. It was my birthday present from my husband lol We have 3 kids so its pretty crowded so I knew it might not be 100% clean but ehh some ladies did try. The 2 disappointments were the bathroom and the living room. My sofas are not connected so they are easily moved around but they didn't really touch under the sofas. I have wooden floors so they attract dust like crazy so I would've loved to see a spotless floor. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned like I'd hoped. Again, maybe my expectations were too high after browsing their website but I also paid for a DEEP clean so i thought that meant EVERYTHING would be touched! I love how they made the beds and my kitchen was probably the worst and whoever did that, was awesome! All in all, I would recommend just speak up if you don't like something. I'm willing to give one more chance to see if maybe it was an off day that day

I've had the maids for years. They are wonderful thorough and the best.

The Maids are excellent! They are always on time, come in like SWAT, motivated to get the job done promptly but do not cut corners and they do it right! It is wonderful to have my house clean so professionally and quickly.

My family just had the worst experience with The Maids. My mom was moving into a condo. She hired The Maids to clean before she moved in. No one is living in the condo yet. The Maids turned on the electric fireplace, and it burned all night until the next afternoon when someone entered the condo. In addition, my mom requested cleaning service for an hour. The Maids went to leave after 45 minutes, claiming that they started their "hour" time once they pulled in the driveway. The worst part of the entire experience was when my mom called to explain how upset she was that the fire had been left on, the supervisor hung up on her. There are plenty of other cleaning services out there. I would never use The Maids again. I feel I gave "one" star too many.

The crew has been cleaning our home for about two months and I can't thank them enough for the quality work. We come home to a clean, uncluttered, dust-free environment that doesn't smell like 5,000 chemicals. My only critique would be that the vacuums they use could be stronger on our low-pile rugs. We have three pets and if you aren't using a strong brush vacuum, a hazy layer of hair is left on top. I've started leaving our Dyson out for them to use and this seems to help the LR and DR rugs.

We have been using the Maids from Union for over 2 years so far. All of the staff are wonderful. Always on time and professional. Never had an issue with service. Best prices and service for weekly or monthly cleaning.

I've been using The Maids for over a decade! The office saff & the cleaning teams are trustworthy, professional, accommodating, and they do an excellent job. I will continue to use The Maids & I highly recommend them!

I have been using The Maids for many years to clean my home. Overall, I would rate them 4 stars. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely bad. The Maids had previously agreed to always be out of my house by 3:00 pm and I verified that with them when I rescheduled this cleaning date. The Maids had called yesterday to say the team would be arriving between 11:30 and 1:30, which meant that they would definitely be out by 3 pm since the cleaning takes approximately 1 hour. Normally, they arrive within the scheduled timeframe. When they had not arrived by 1:30 pm today, I called the office and was told they would be here at 2:30. They did not arrive until 3:10 pm. At this point, I have other family members home and their presence was not only inconvenient, but also disruptive. Worst of all, there was NO communication from The Maids about what was going on!!! I had to call them at 1:30 when they had not shown up and I was told they'd be here at 2:30, which did not happen. I felt that I was being treated very badly. As a long-term customer, I expect more. I don't know if there is anything The Maids can do to make up for this, but I certainly hope they make an effort to do so.

We have been using The maids for 7 years and I would not use any other cleaning service. The fact that the team consists of 4-5 people means our large home gets cleaned in under an hour- and they do a great job. If something is accidentally overlooked or we have a special request, The Maids always accommodates us. And everyone is very friendly.
