The Maids, lead by team leader, Beatriz came to clean my house yesterday, in East Brunswick for my first time.

I have never seen my house so clean, especially the bathrooms and windows. I can't compliment the team enough for the thorough job they did, with great professionalism.

I am now going to schedule the maids on a monthly basis, and hopefully I can get the same team.

We use The Maids at my office and they’re always friendly and efficient. Antonia leads the crew. They show up and immediately get to work, they’re in and out before we know it and we’re left with a clean, fresh office.

We've used The Maids for several years and have been very satisfied with their work. They are always prompt (within the time window given the previous day) and courteous. The teams are super quick but very thorough. Any issues are remedied on the spot. Special requests and additional areas for off-cycle cleaning are easily accommodated.

My family has been using The Maids for over 10 years. They have always been kind and courteous. If there is something that was missed or an issue they correct it. (after all no one is perfect). They do a thorough job and my house has that great clean smell when they leave.

The Maids are supper efficient. They come with 4 people in less than an hour my apartment is spotless and the sheets on my king-size bed are changed. They always call the day before to confirm their appointment. They never miss a day. Very friendly. Always ask me to inspect before they leave.

The best days of the month are just after 'Maids Day' I clean but it doesn't feel as fresh or as scrubbed as after the maids leave. The team is quick and gone within an hour for my 4 bedroom house. The people are friendly and fun I love them. The staff is easy to work with if I run into an emergency. I've been using them for years now and I can't imagine using any other service.

The Maids are fantastic. I have used them for almost eight years in two different homes. They show up when scheduled, get right to work, finish within an hour (bigger houses take a bit longer) and always make sure you are happy with their work. When I moved, I had them clean the new house before I moved in, and the old house after I moved out. Both were spotless -- including inside the refrigerators, ovens and cabinets. The team members are personable and friendly. And my three year old granddaughter loves them.

Yesterday I had this company come to my house to clean. In all honesty and fairness, it was a very daunting task because my wife died and I had done absolutely the barest of minimum amount of cleaning. The Maids did a great and fantastic job on the cleaning and they got the job done!

I have used The Maids for many years with great results. I like that they have a team that comes in & cleans my whole house in about an hour and that each person has a specific job. I can run out for some errands and they are finished by the time I return- much better than having to stay out of the house for the whole day. I also like the flexibility of changing my day or time, if necessary. I have had a few different crews, but they have all been friendly and professional, as well as thorough. I have two big dogs and I love how my house of furr-free when they leave. The Maids are a little more expensive, but they do a great job.

The Maids did an amazing job before we moved into our house. Thorough clean, very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend especially before move-in and after construction.

The Maids team that comes to my house is the best. The cleaners are very professional: they work hard and get done quickly and consistently do the same high standard cleaning. I have been counting on them for more than a decade.

This is a review for a move out cleaning. The team came in and cleaned everything out and were on time.

Great job!! Fast, efficient and spotless garage when they left!! Highly recommend!! Plan to have them come every year...if not sooner!!

This company just outsources its cleaning crew from other independent companies in the area. The cleaning is inconsistent because you are ultimately dealing with different companies and employees each time.

I have used this company for move out cleans for a few rental properties and was satisfied a few times. However the owner that took over the company is not as good as the old one and does not maintain a high standard of cleaning or reviews the cleaners work.

Area that are often missed include inside cabinets, drawers, fridges, ovens, doors, and baseboards. Typical items that should be addressed with a move out clean.

During the last clean the my floors were left stained because they used dirty mop water on all floors instead of switching out the water. They also broke my toilet seat and dumped the dirty soapy water on my back stairs

The owner doesn’t know how to communicate. He sends generic AI generated email responses when i email him with issues and he doesn’t leave voicemails when he tries to call you.
